More whataboutism in the defense of sexualizing a 3 year old girl. Seriously people, you need to think before you defend the indefensible just because I'm attacking it and you don't like me. I can accept that there are differing opinions on my voting philosophy. There is no acceptable other side to this.
lol shut up dude, nobody itt who joked on DJT wants to do anything sexual to a ****ing toddler

Well, more like just an "and pony show" if you know what I mean.

Her and Trump are perfect for each other.
Conway, too. Trump's Angels. Who's the third angel?

Actually I put Conway more in the sellout camp, along with people like Tillerson and Mattis. They know they're bad, but they're willing to live with it to either make a bunch of money, or in the case of Tillerson and Mattis to live a life-long ambition.

SHS is just pure evil though. I feel like if her and Trump were walking down a street somewhere, and encountered a disabled homeless person lying on the sidewalk, Trump would probably just step around him as though he wasn't there.

Sanders on the other hand would stop, just so she could kick him in the face. Punishing him for forcing Trump to have to take those extra steps.

Yep. Listen to her spend several minutes of everyone's time slurring her way through a chain email forwarded to her from her dad or someone:

And that's how the tax system works!

We might be passed this but there was a lot of hubbub about Papadop being 29 and having no resume. You could have basically said the same about the whole Pod Save Hilary crew. They started working for Obama in their late 20s with no real resume.

No, dip****, Donald Trump ACTUALLY DOING THAT was bad. Him saying the word "pussy" was nothing.
Bragging about sexual assault was not nothing. I'll remind you that the post I was responding to said, "I personally didn't find his comments offensive as I read them to be..." We were talking about words, not actual assaults. You cheapen the effect of words by claiming they mean nothing, which is ironic, considering your sole claim to fame in life is as an internet forum troll. Not a very good one, for sure, but you do try so hard.

A minor aside, but, that song is very misunderstood, mainly by neo-confederates who really want it to be pro-south and pro-confederacy. But it isn't. Generally it's first an anti-war song and specifically it's about conscripting boys to fight a stupid war and how that's, uh, not good.

Back with my wife in Tennessee, when one day she called to me
"Virgil, quick, come see, there goes Robert E Lee"
Now I don't mind chopping wood, and I don't care if the money's no good
You take what you need and you leave the rest,
But they should never have taken the very best

Like my father before me, I will work the land
Like my brother above me, who took a rebel stand
He was just eighteen, proud and brave, but a Yankee laid him in his grave
I swear by the mud below my feet,
You can't raise a Caine back up when he's in defeat

He's basically saying if Lee insists on his stupid war then take people like himself and not people like his brother. It always seemed explicit to me but I guess it's subtle enough to trip up dumb-ass Lost Cause people. It ties into stuff like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty_Negro_Law

This is all just the highbrow version of people thinking 'Born in the USA' is some patriotic pro-USA song.

p.s. The great irony of Lost Cause bull**** is the dead boys they're lamenting weren't earnestly waving confederate flags then and certainly wouldn't be doing so now. That's kinda the whole point.

I always took that as the Yankees taking his brother and not Robert E. Lee. At first it sounds more like Lee took him, but he did take a rebel stand himself.

I don't hold it against The Band or Joan Baez though. It is an anti-war song and not gung-ho proud Confederacy.

But I think most public policy issues are about class and power and money, and not race. The race stuff still seems to be a distraction when we are talking about most public policy questions. Opposition to increased welfare is just that, opposition to increased welfare. Not racism. Wanting to live in a safe place (e.g., suburb) is just that, wanting to live in a safe place. Not racism. Wanting tougher stances on crime - sentencing - is just that, wanting crime reduced. Making this all about race is... unhelpful.

That said, Trump's bull**** reaction to Charlottesville worried me. Racists are bad, and I'm thinking more and more that Trump falls into that category, but that doesn't make all conservative policies bad or race motivated.

That said, another that said, I am increasingly pissed off that racists side with conservatives, that conservatives and racists are politically allied, by accident, I believe, in most cases. WTF. It shouldn't be this way. I go back to the fact that most of the National Review staff couldn't even vote for Trump. But Thomas Sowell could. Frankly, I'm still trying to figure this out. I'm am hoping that (1) the 2016 election was mostly an anti-establishment vote and (2) we will get a normal (non-racist) R in 2020.
Huh.

I'm willing to bet they chose something like programming because there aren't much opportunities in West Virginia for other standard types of employment, so they picked something they could conceivably do from home. Only thing that makes sense to me.

Tbh, you seem to be the one obsessed with her sexuality. You have made your point, can you please stop it and let the mods do their job?
I didn't want to go there but goddamn already.

At the very least he doesn't know what 'sexualiz/ng' means.

I'm not sure wanting to get to the other side is accurate but, still, I will admit that you're the first to present an argument worthy of consideration as to the main motivation for crossing the road.
