What's trump's literal floor for R approval like 75%? Nixon only got to 59.

i like how the gop legislature is so against doing ANYTHING, that they're using trump's public incompetence as an excuse to do nothing for as long as possible. like, it doesn't matter wtf trump is doing rn you could be writing and introducing and voting on an infrastructure bill right now, does everybody in the republican caucus seriously believe trump is too ****ing busy quashing investigations into his connections to russia to sign his name on a piece of paper? we all know he doesn't read them! he'll sign whatever, half his brain is rotted don't tell me you haven't noticed

TRUMP is clearly in trouble here. It is obvious though that Comey documented conversations while working in the Obama administration and those will come out too. We'll see how the chips fall on this. More transparency would be a good thing.

I think 89% or something insane like that.

Keep in mind that the latest stuff about firing Comey, asking for Flynn investigation to be dropped and giving classified information to the Russians is just the recent stuff. There's still more from the investigation that we have yet to hear about. There's a reason that he wanted to end the Flynn investigation and its not likely just because Flynn is a good guy. There's a reason why Trump needed to point out that Comey told him he wasn't under investigation (though Comey probably never said that). Trump is acting very guilty. And the full story isn't close to being told yet.

In before chaffetz gets comey to testify then pummels him on Hillary EMAILS.

Where is that British agent with the golden shower dossier these days? Shouldn't he be interviewed as part of any investigation? Odds seem extremely good that his info was accurate and would point directly to Trump being blackmailed by the Russians. Seems relevant, but have heard nothing about him or the secret dossier for months.

Haha this is really gonna piss Daddy off if he hears this. Comey just straight up trolling Trump at this point.

the source said, in Comey’s view, there was no need to document the conversations with people that are truthful or situations that are routine.”

When you don't control any part of Government, wasting time is basically the best you can do.

Even with just a slim house majority, wasting time is probably better.

When you have Republican senators on TV saying Trump has to get his house in order those #s don't really matter. The message is "We aren't going to sink with you."

Inso0, you don't sling personal insults on here for the same reasons I don't heckle players at sporting events and tell them they suck.

Inso0 is still mad about HRC. Still thinks she broke the law because he, of course he does...despite everyone with intimate or even casual understanding of the issue knows otherwise. So, because HRC never got punished and Trump still hasn't been, these are the same. If Trump gets punished, it's unfair because HRC never did. This is what he truly believes. It's incredible.

Lol, Liberal activism in the Scotus. **** right off. There is no bigger bit of activism in the Scotus than Scalia and co stealing the 2000 election from Gore.

Yes we need the Obama info.

SCOTUS has had a conservative lean to it for what? the past 30 years?
05-17-2017 , 03:18 PM
Lol

I feel like conservatives are really straining to find waste in government.

rofl while trump spends hundreds of millions making the secret service secure all his privately owned trump properties that he flies to weekly for no reason other than his own enjoyment. pure conservatism.

He's in hiding so as not to... ya know, die

Luckily we have sober generals who will tamp down on Trump and not feed his worst predilections.

wasting time is by far the best thing the dems can do. it really should be the ultimate goal. time "wasted" by this stuff is time that is not spent destroying our country and stealing from poor ppl.

yeah but while this is taking up all the news, they'll get to do their stuff behind the scenes. I'd say a better strat is to make them own up to it out in the open.

Maybe that's irrel anyway in the trump 24/7 era.

Conservatives are just angry because they're mostly too fat to walk up that ramp themselves.

You would think so but they haven't gotten anything done and people are pretty much admitting that any kind of long term tax reform probably won't happen this year. They might pass a 10 year tax cut for the rich, keep doing mass deportations, but anything requires some moving parts isn't going to happen with all this nonsense going on.

Hardworking, flying ducks should not have to flap their wings everyday and pay for these layabouts to simply play on a waterslide all day. Make Flying Great Again.

As you've said...the democrats cannot control the message. It's a problem, but it's also just not possible. Any time they think they have a winning hand or message in the media, Trump can just declare that mexican food is now illegal and chipotle is now under government control and that's now the top news item.
