Ok now Whittaker needs to win or we end up with two blandish unmarketable TUF champs from this season.

AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE

Crowd is going to go nuts for Whittaker and G-Sot as the only real aussies fighting brits on the card

Meanwhile, over at Bellator... my short odds bet on the women's fight won, now Volkov is up 3 rounds to 1 over Hale, just need to dodge a KO in this last round for the win.

Weak fight from Hale. Volkov stuck to the outside and picked him apart and Hale never took it to him as hard as he needed to. Should be at least 48-47 Volkov barring some insane robbery.

Edit: Ya, 3x 49-46.

Whittaker is entertaining to watch.

Whittaker is reminding me of an unrefined Belfort

10-9 Whittaker, close round other than the knockdown sealed it for Whittaker

Commentary seems pretty biased to Whittaker. Obviously 1 round all though.

whitter actually did more damage in r2 but I think scott got it with the back control

Unfortunately leaning scott now as his cardio seems marginally better, but Whittaker seems to be the more dangerous fighter overall

pretty clearly 19-19

Whittaker edged it in the last minute or so imo. Close round other than that.

Amazing fight. Clear 29-28 Whittaker. Both guys have a future in the UFC as they get more experience and improve. Whittaker won each individual minute of r3 though it wasn't that close. He did run away with it at the end.

Anything other than 29-28 Whittaker is bad judging even though all 3 rounds were relatively close.

Good to see judges got it right

Definitely FOTN so far unless the main is spectacular

Jesus, Gsot is +190 on sportsbook now. I've never seen anything like it almost in a fight where i'm on the other side of the steam. Logically GSot should be a small fav here where the line opened unless he's sick or injured or something and the info has leaked out but I haven't heard it - he's gone from -125 to +190 in 24 hours

Man, this has been a great card.. Didn't have much expectations for this ,and it has blown my mind

he always looks like hes gonna die

Hint, you are not a striker, you should try to get the fight to the ground

wow just when i thought i was dead sot gets a takedown

1 more minute and he would have tapped pearson from side control

if he can actually get him down with more than a minute left he'll win this

i have no idea what to think now or how to score that round, personally id have it 10-9 pearson but sot did never get dropped even though he was wobbled and ended the round taking his back and in side control

sot actually outstruck pearson over the whole round but lost it due to the knockdown

he needs to remember HE IS NOT A STRIKER TAKE PEARSON DOWN

surely my under bet had to be good here even though it's not looking super amazing - so far gsot got his back and pearson wobbled him once and knocked him down once and there's 3 rounds left

He has no shot at winning unless he takes it to the ground..

there we go. Slightly profit for the fight since my under bet was slightly bigger than my gsot bet (which i wouldnt have made if I had waited until seeing the walkouts, he looked to be in terrible shape even for him)

that said if he had another minute in r1 he would have probably locked in a sub from side control but still his chin is just bad

think i lost a unit or so for the card, gsot and fletcher bets lost, main under bet won, then my small mendes under and whittaker and donovan bets won and small palhares bet and parlay lost

Had good night, lost on Loughnane (tough beat) and Manny Rodriguez. Hit 6-1 parlay for Parke, Whittaker, Pearson as well as singles on Whittaker and Pearson.

Was pretty nice card, lots of good finishes, especially Alloway

lol, the Held-Jansen Bellator fight has been cancelled and will have to move to season 8. The reason? Held wasn't allowed to enter the casino venue as he is not yet 21. Are you ****ing kidding me?

But he was allowed to weigh in, and nobody brought this up before

Went pretty big on Volkov which kinda worried me by the end of the first when he got dropped, and when I saw him being so passive while he was the much better striker. But still Hale is a terrible fighter.

Nobody at the casino thought of this while advertising a fight card featuring him?

LOL, ridiculous. How did Bellator not confirm he'd be allowed in?
