goof: Yes, I certainly make the most of Vegas.

Yeota: You're what, like 10 lbs lighter than ytf now? NBD, he was only 380 10 months ago.

Closer to "20 lbs lighter than YTF". My compliance has slipped since smashing 229, I'm more like 232 or 233 right now.

When I went from 280 to 220, I found it helped me a ton to basically just eat the same thing every day. If I eat roughly the same portion of the same things every single day, at least for the first month or two, it makes the decisions I make regarding food a lot easier.

Currently running 2-2.5 miles or swimming 1-1.5 miles 5 times a week and eating around 1600-2000 cals per day depending on the day.
I weighed myself last about a month ago, that's what I was basing my 237 number off of.

Been following a reduced calorie diet all month of April, and only had a few bad days of boozing and bad food choices. Weighed in at 228.4 this morning. Keep this pace up and I should easily hit my first goal of 215 by Sep 1, def want to hit under 200 at some point. Even though I think my healthy weight is somewhere between 195 and 210, I kinda want to hit 200 just to say I did.

True, but I was pushing 290 about 12 months ago and I've actually added a great deal of muscle

False alarm, 227 this morn, and have a great day planned (usual breakfast and lunch, trip to the gym, enormous Daryn Stir Fry for dinner).

"eating a "normal" diet- roughly 16-1800 calories a day, i put on 25 lbs in a month or so"

Lots of fun stuff.

Haha I just took some pics of myself in the mirror as well, before even seeing this thread. To be honest I'm not thrilled with what I see! Don't get me wrong it's an improvement, and probably the best I've looked, but Jesus I have to hit the weights again.

I won't post since I'm shirtless. You're welcome.

Yeota,

Every few days I cut up some chicken breast and marinate it in Tabasco, a touch of olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, etc. Usually about 3-4 servings worth, then for the next 2-3 days it's all ready to toss a few pieces in a pan and cook up in just a few minutes along w some veggies or whatever.

That's going to remain a staple component for me, but in honor of your great progress I'm going to give this a try next week:

Yeota,

Btw I highly recommend fresh or frozen chicken breast instead of the canned stuff for when you cook it in a pan with some sauce. I'm positive it'll taste WAY better.

However, the can def makes sense for chicken salad.

You won't be disappointed (though I can only vouch for the Kirkland aka Costco brand canned chicken)
