And then dramatically less useful shortly afterwards when newspapers protect their content. Some large media company already started complaining about that, I think it was the Murdoch family of content producers. I'd be surprised if that works this time next year.

If the other content providers have any sense they will watch as Murdoch grasps every penny he can from online content and the monetise their sites with sensibly placed advertising that benefits from all the traffic that has been driven away by Murdoch.

If they have no sense they'll just perform a monkey see monkey do.

I was talking about mandatory online registration, not subscription. Online subscription for news content will never, ever work.

The best they'll get is our info to sell to the highest bidder.

normally i'd just be a jackass and give you **** about this one, but my rather intelligent friend, passed out this weekend, cause he didn't drink water or eat all day, and then sat in a hot tub for 2 hours.

If you are browsing through a facebook album, you can click the left and right arrows on your keyboard instead of either clicking the picture or the "previous" and "next" links on the screen. It makes for easier browsing imo.

I always walked on the front edge of the steps. That seemed to reduce noise, but I'm guessing that the wall trick is far superior.
