I mean I'm 23 and I dont even want to date 18 yr olds. I prefer 21 and above but 20 is acceptable for getting serious, but sad since they can't go to bars as easily to be social. Under that I don't know if I would commit to anything at all. **** buddies is about it.

This could be a difference in culture as well (loldoggybag) but girls are allowed in bars and drinking beers/soft liquor starting at 16. **** buddies is a commitment in itself as well right.

I'd try to do something fun & more active, it will let you see a whole new side of each other. Depending on time of day & indoor vs outdoor - indoor batting cages, mini golf (can usually do indoor or outdoors), go for a walk (this is kinda boring though), go to an arcade (not video games, but near me we have places like Dave & Busters, or Brunswick Zone bowling alleys that have an arcade area with arcade games, lazer tag, etc.), or even go bowling, there are tons of things you can do to have a more active date than just sitting on your butts.

Dinner dates are aids, only thing worse is movies.

Go to a bowling alley with a bar. Or just a bar near ur place so u can walk back and get some sweet sweet action.

I don't think you should be mentoring amazingmets if you ask questions like that.

That's great for talking but it's a pretty boring date, you can't do something more fun?

Dinner dates are only bad if you suck at conversation or are poor

ask her what she wants to do because you can't come up with anything more exciting than a walk.

edit lol I want a LTR not to get my dick wet/she only has an hour/invited her over for a movie...xpert.

Or think its rude to talk with your mouth full etc etc its just bad imo. Not always but not near my top choice.

Walks in the park can be plenty fun

This plus the whole double date failure with amazin on top of the posts the other day about seeing a girl he thought he may have hooked up with in the past. I'd say amazin is in great hands...

Dinner dates are OK but if a man kept just inviting me to dinner, I'd be wondering why he didn't ever want to DO something more. Dinner gives you a chance to talk, but there's only so many times I want to just sit & talk at the beginning of a relationship. I want to do interactive things too, to get to see more of the other person & how they react in different situations.

@wes: If neither of you are very active & like to sit around a lot, dinner should be fine for most of your dates. But if one or both of you like to actually get out & do stuff too, find out what she likes to do & plan some other activities.
