wish i had the 3mp camera+video...cut, copy and paste better be an update that will be available on my current iphone. and tbh, i'm not a huge fan of the landscape keyboard.

How long does it take to convert? I remember doing it a while ago and it taking 8 hours, but that was a single core processor from 3-4 years ago.

just a heads up... ive heard (possible rumor?) that verizon will be having the iphone for their network in the later half of this year. so anyone considering of dropping verizon wait till the fall to see the actions of verizon about this.

also, "Iphone Video" is confusing. is it a phone or a video camera? you would rather describe the phone with a phone-esque adjective vs an ancillary feature that half the people dont care about

why do you doubt it? AT&T's exclusive carrier contract runs out soon and Apple has already been including wording in their presentations such as "carrier dependent"

there have been too many, similar rumors for a Verizon/Iphone plan to not exist in some form.

I doubt it will be this year though, most point to 2010. also apparently the At&T deal expires mid-2010

i bought this last month and found it to be tremendously valuable, especially when on vacation and not going back to your house with your computer every night to charge. really cheap too:
monoprice iphone charger

so far it's been able to charge about 2/3-3/4 of the phone's battery, and while it doesn't happen instantaneously it's still useful.

monoprice also has other iphone accessories for way cheaper than the apple counterparts, i.e. rca output and sync cable

okay the thing I'm most disappointed about, and I'm really surprised it hasn't been addressed is the lack of an LED on the phone.

My old BBerry had this and it's very nice. Basically, when your screen is off, you have a light that will blink to let you know you've missed either a call or a message. This is way easier than having to turn your phone on/off to see you've missed no calls.

Also, the lack of customizable sound profiles for stuff like silent/subway/normal/loud/vibrate etc. blows too. That might be in newer version of software(please?) seeing as how I'm running 2.2 or something pretty old.
