Lol , nah , I just used to have ALOT of snakes , and inevitably they would escape from time to time . Pythons love water and will seek it out . not uncommon to find a loose one coiled up in a toilet bowl lol . How would you like to wake up to that ?

Yep, should currently be sat on my doormat!

Got to finish Uncharted 3 first but that should take about 3 more hours maybe. Thing with COD is it's really not in my top fave games, but because it is prettyy much going to be the biggest game of the year I just have to get it. I certainly won;t play online much.

Enjoyed MW, hated MW2 so didn't finish it, didn't bother with Black Ops.

Looking forward to getting Goldeneye though with a move gun attachment.

Reminds me of when I used to live in a house share - was always waking up to find a loose one coiled up in the toilet bowl.

i gave the wii version a swerve as it was just likely to spoil the memories. i may give it a miss until one day when i spot it in game or something to buy. which might be never as i <3 amazon these days.

+ i hope i actually enjoy mw3, which will either turn up tomorrow now or the postman has taxed it.
11-08-2011 , 04:33 PM
Speak English man! Why does your postman (mailman I assume) tax things, is there a new postal tax or?? And why are you swerving around your Wii? I know English is a hard language to learn, but you have years of practice, would think you'd got it by now.

That ain't English mate - it's Laaaaarndon speak.

that's not cockney. it just slang for stolen.

edit: iirc, it originates from thieves that stole from drug dealers. i might be wrong, and i think it came from from liverpool

Definitely underground criminal slang - at least it used to be. Doesn't just mean to steal - can also mean to take something owed or to take a cut of some deal. Not sure where it comes from, but it's been in common use in London for > 25 years for certain. I've got a feeling it's Jamaican in origin but I don't know why I think that.
11-08-2011 , 07:04 PM
Prolly the Jamaicans, yes that's it, blame them.

Dreadlocks and ganja, that's all the good that ever came from there imo

*And Bob Marley, but that's still dreds and ganja.

Just realized that last Friday I hung out with a group of people that included 4 girls I've slept with before, and not a single one of them knew anything about this. Was pretty fun cause 3/4 were dtf...shouldve gone for the grand slam and suggest a 4 way
