Hey PokerStars employees,
could you please do updates related to software/GUI less often and never on Saturdays please!

You could accumulate those updates in a bigger one and then do it less often...
like 2-3 times a year, haha. But seriously.

The software is good enough already and I would like to play but I can't play if every second update there is messes up the software so that it loses compatibility to the TableNinja or the PokerTracker.

Today there was an update to the PokerStars.EE (don't know if there was and update to the other versions as well) that messed up the software to the TableNinja again. TN won't recognize the SnG lobby.
So I can't play. I'm not going to register for my hundreds/thousands SnGs manually.

Or please implement auto-registering so that I wouldn't need TableNinja.

What it is with the Estonian version of the software? Last time the incompatibility happened between TN and PS concerning auto-registering and for the TN to recognize the SnG lobby the Estonian client software was affected only, not other versions. Well PokerStars.FRA maybe too. But why why....

+1000000 to having the option to see stacks, bets & pots in BB rather than actual $$$. This has been requested by a lot of players for many years and should be really easy to implement. Anyone knows if this is in the pipeline and if not, why not?

I also wonder if their legal/regulatory issues with providing this feature, basically obscuring the real money value of what is being wagered. And you can see the complaints now: I didn't realize i sat at a 100/200 table and not a 1/2 because all my stacks and bets were in BB!

Well, I am not sure why it would be a problem if it is actually me to chose to have this displayed in BB. Obviously default would need to remain in $$ for reasons stated by you and any change made to this should be followed by a warning pop-up.

And yes, I actually meant it for cash tables, but I guess it would be a good idea for tourney as well.

Sure i don't see a problem with it either. Doesn't mean there isn't some regulatory body somewhere that would have issue with it though.

We do not update all clients on the same day. The estonian client is typically updated days before the .com client. As such, you may be more likely to have your client updated before 3rd party vendors have been able to update to adapt to new features.

On the bright side, you're the first to be able to try out new features. For instance, right now if you go to options -> lobby display options, you will be able to 'Group Similar Tables' for Real Money, Play Money, both, or neither. This doesn't affect SNG lobbies yet, but you may be interested to check out the ring game lobbies to see this new way of displaying tables.

Glad to see you back Steve. You used to be post a lot; therefore, your absence was not unnoticed.

Any-one know what the status is of the dynamic table limit in ring games?
(ie you can multitable more than 24 tables when you play fast enough)

This has been in place for a few months. It's a small number of players affected thusfar. However, raising your table limit is achievable. A few players have had their limits raised twice to 28, then 32.

Some players have had their limits reduced as well due to a high average time to act.

Hey Steve, is getting your table limit increased something that happens automatically or do you have to email support to request it?

I'd like to ask to implement "Send tournament AND hand history for last # tournaments" both in mobile and normal client.
If I play say 20 tournaments with mobile client, I have to manually request HH of each tournament by entering their number...

Also it would be nice to have "Auto add-on" feature in mobile client, it is pretty difficult not to miss add-on, even when 3-tabling on mobile client, when there's re-buy period end break and one still can't buy add-on.

It's automatic for those who have earned the increase. The only way we change table limits by request is downward.

Please add shorthand play for zoom tables when there are less than 6/9 players.

This seems somewhat counter-intuitive to me; surely the automatically adjusted limits should be for those who are frequently acting too slowly and are having their tables reduced, whereas the increase should be the one adjusted by request only, for those who have demonstrated the ability to cope with a larger number of tables, and have also expressed a desire to play on those extra tables.

Also, are there any plans to implement table limits for SNGs or MTTs?
