What is the point of the "Limit" column in the MTT lobby? Nothing seems to change when I try to sort by that column.

Also, the VIP Goal icon thingy in the main lobby isnt updating correctly. My VPPs earned for the month are different when I click on it and am brought to the VIP Status window.

Stefan, can you elaborate on this at all? I had this a few days ago, updated my at least a month old client, spent a few hours fixing themes, played a little in the remaining time I had available.

Now a mere 4 days later I get it again? So can we now assume there is zero way of avoiding an update, it will always be force-loaded with this lovely red popup?

Please allow a means of exiting the client when this popup shows, other than task manager -> end process. I will NEVER update Stars without at least backing up my notes.xml file, previously I would back up the entire folder just in case update made games unplayable for any reason - obviously this is perhaps no longer necessary if old versions will never be allowed to connect again, pending answer to above. Today, I need to backup my table mods too since they took me a while to make the other day and an update will destroy them (not made an xtheme of them as yet!)

I must say it will be a shame if old clients are no longer allowed to play. I have many many hands played over the years, when otherwise they would not have been thanks to this feature.

in the table themes my tournament theme keeps changing the backs of the cards to really ugly ones. I am not sure why because I have a theme for every game and not one of them has this card back.

Suggestion:
Some kind of "save search" feature on the "Find a player" window, so you could just find all your friends/favourite players again when you want to rail them during a sunday.

Re joining a table. It shows the amount I have to rejoin with highlighted in red. That should be enough, dont also make me click the button beside the highlighted amount. Thanks if possible.

Some of my (Zoom) tables are not auto-rebuying. It's very annoying to suddenly realize you've been playing at a table with 10 big blinds when you assume you're at 100+. I have to leave and rejoin in order for it to work.

Can we be given the ability to color code or write notes on players from the zoom lobby? Thanks

The filter system PokerStars has in place isn't effective enough for regulars or user-friendy for recreational players. Please add the favorite system ASAP.

Are there plans to make it so Zoom hands can still be improted for hands that complete after a table is closed. This was never a problem in Rush.

If you plan on keeping non holdem games alive this is a must.

The 180R would also be one of my favorites and I have never even played it yet.
Same goes for many of my other favorites that I had to drop after I joined PS. With a favorites list I would literally play at least 5 times as many tourneys and would enjoy playing poker a lot more.

Please realise the filter system offers thousands (!) of different combinations.
That means we can really only play a fraction of the tourneys you offer.

PokerStars, please improve the way Zoom HHs are written to our hard-disks!

It seems like if I fold & close a Zoom table BEFORE the current hand and maybe other previous ones are finished, the corresponding HHs are NOT properly written to local disk. This happen with PS client and lobby are still open and running.

Because of this, a player who plays several Zoom entries and close-a-table-and-open-a-new-one frequently (eg: when is over 200bb) is loosing a lot of HHs. I played hundred of thousands of hands of Zoom and ~1% of HHs are not properly saved on the hard-disk. Please fix it. Thanks!

You have identified one of the difficulties of providing game offering and rewards in multiple currencies which fluctuate. We periodically review the FPP rate per each currency and adjust as needed. Unless the fluctuation is especially severe, we typically make adjustments at the end of each calendar year.

This is a nice suggestion. Currently it is not planned but we will keep on the list of improvements.

This is being looked into, but it is further down the road as an improvement.

This happens if the connection lags slightly sometimes. Could happen more often to players using an RSA token.

Re: Auto rebuys: We have planned improvements to auto rebuys, but the ability to auto rebuy before start and not auto rebuy afterwards has not been planned so far. What we will add is the ability to have auto-rebuy selected by default and then you can just uncheck it after start of the tourneys where you don't want to continue with auto rebuys. Would this be enough?

This will be added with the client updates currently planned for second half of June.

This has performance implications unfortunately, so it is not as simple as raising the cap of 200 hands. We are exploring several options to allow mobile users to have access to their HH more easily.

You can try the option that makes opponent cards bigger. "Options" > "Table Display Options" > "Show Large Opponent Cards". Alternatively you can try Nova theme which has bigger hole cards for opponents.

There is no specific reason not to allow this and we are looking into making note taking easier in ZOOM.

The idea of making it easier to spot tables that you are sitting out on is very good. The solution you mentioned won't work on all operating systems though. Perhaps something else can be done in such cases -- say adding "Sitting Out" at the front or marking the table some other way.

Next and Previous Table now simply cycle through the existing tables in their Z order (as they should do based on the description of the hotkey). Yes, we do want to add a hotkey for 'Jump to table needing action'.

Re: Timebank: This is a good idea, but do note that if we add such functionality it will not be an auto-timebank activater, but just allow you to "click" the timebank button if there is such on the table.

We are looking into ability to opt out of ZOOM poker.

Re: Limit column: It does sort by limit, but most probably most tournaments in your view are NL before and after the sorting, hence you don't notice a difference.

The reason this was shown more often lately is due to the Spanish client which is upcoming. For migration purposes we have to make sure that all players are running the latest client version in order for migration to work properly. Apart from such cases, it should be rather rare that you see this pop-up.

i have to periodically request all the hands i play and re-import them to can fill the gaps in my database because 1% are lost when playing Zoom

the preferred seat option in Nova theme does indeed work, however the seat options don't match the appearance of the table in Nova theme, if you see what I mean

12 O'clock is last, not first. seems to work fine then? admittedly I only checked out 6 & 9 max settings.
