Yes, for quite a while now. Emailed support on 13th Jan but they were useless... Pokerstars support are great if it's related to your account, cashouts, promotions, VIP etc. Technical support are so tilting to talk to. They copy and paste standard responses at you until you get too frustrated to reply.

I don't use TN so it's not that. Not every table opens on notes tab for me, only intermittently - and it happens with only the Pokerstars client running (Windows 7).

the good news is on stars 7 all new tables open with the latest tab visible, so that particular TN feature will be obsolete

when will stars 7 be made publicly available?

Ive been in email exchange with the technical support they told me they have not received any other people claiming to have this issue, I just sent the person im dealing with another email with a link to this thread so I am sure now they will see many* people are having this issue and look into it more.

* Has to be many people due to 2 replies in a couple hours and several people on my skype group chat confirming the same issue.

Does anyone know what this "Lock Table" is? It's from detached and merged chat boxes.

nitup: if you press lock table the chatbox will stay at that particular table and not move around to the currently active table
its handy if you have the chatboxes detached and put together and you wanna chat at 1 table

PS knows each computer we use since each computer has a unique ID. Is it possible for a player to opt in to only being able to log in with said computer [even pherhaps 2,3 computers] or perhaps a log in only from specified IP or even country.

All this seems easy to do and would help in hacking cases tremendously.

Just a small note, more technical than tournament-related: Can you please make COOPs, Micromillions etc. events have Omaha H/L-events named so that I can find them using text search "H/L". All the regular tournaments use xL Omaha H/L, but in special events you use Omaha Hi/Lo (maybe earlier seen Omaha Hi-Lo, too).

Not a big problem, but have missed few events because couldn't find them using my regular text search. Don't want to mess up with my tourney filter every time.

These options were both previously functional and pretty helpful to clean multi-tabling.

In the tournament lobby, no-limit and pot-limit holdem are display as "NL Holdem" and "PL Holdem" respectively, but fixed-limit holdem is displayed as "Limit Holdem". Can you please change this to "FL Holdem"?

Currently, I need to have this column wider than I would like so that I can see what the game type is, rather than using the space for the tournament name.

Did you get any resolution to this?

Home Games create a tournament dialogue is not scaled, the create tournament and reset to default buttons are mapped off-screen; there are no resize handles/functionality at the top corners of the dialogue box.

The latest Mac COM client is 7.731. Or are you running a different client?

No, they responded sorry to hear others are having this issue they tested my log files and everything was normal then asked if I could I please download some highjack software (which does look legit) and send them a file which lists every file and application on my system so they can see if there is something conflicting with the Stars client, I am not sending this file for privacy issues and not being very computer savy this doesn't sound something like you should just openly share.

Hi, i just restorted my computer (MAC) using the timemachine, i just realized that i forgot to export the player notes, does anyone know if the notes are somwhere in my external disc (the one i used with timemachine) i really need them :/

Apologies for not following the latest discussions, so I don't know if this has been asked before:

I just tried to play some HU cash. I am not a regular. I see plenty of tables with only 1 player. Tried to register time after time, like 10 different tables or so, but everybody is sitting out. Some are posting blind, and sit out until their timebank is gone.

I don't know why this is, but wouldn't it be much better when tables could be occupied for only 30sec or so? Or maybe one big player pool with automatic table creation? If nobody wants to play, it's really demotivating. If I were the best player in the world, I could understand why, but I'm just a HUcash newbie/fish.

Hijack This is safe to use/send them (people use it to diagnose malware on various forums, it won't share any personal info). Unfortunately it's unlikely to help.

I've noticed it maybe starts opening on the notes tab if I have a couple of other notes tabs open (but not always), maybe there's a bug where it's accidentally remembering what tab is open elsewhere? Never happens at the beginning of a session for me.

When do you finally want to fix the redirection problem with your links.
This is really annoying - every time you post a link I get redirected to your main page:

and have to:

1) copy the link address to find out whats behind the ... in http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room...smsvalidation/

2) copy: poker/room/features/security/smsvalidation/

3) paste it after: http://www.pokerstars.eu/de

Is it really so hard to fix this annoying problem? To me it seems like it's 3 lines of code.

very frustrating and it really amazes me how long this problem has been (a year or maybe more)!
and how bad is it for a new player to want to see a promo or something and be redirected to their country's home page every single time, with every single pop-up?!
