Simple solution...get rid of the multi freeroll promotions they're attempting to run at the same time and cater to your paying customers, they obviously cannot handle the added traffic from the Venom freerolls, Breast cancer freerolls and a freebuy super series all at the same time. How about one freeroll promotion at a time ffs

has anyone got their money back from the tourney buy-ins yet? how did you go about getting it? im out like 35 bucks in total... very frustrating... ive only had good experiences with the customer service in the past but i feel like im getting brushed off. They keep saying that i will get my refund per the blah blah blah in the tourney rules and agreement

I really love what ACR has to offer. I love the rakeback, the rake race, the bonuses. I love blitz poker. They have a lot of potential.

But really, how can they screw so badly on network and server issues and money getting stuck on tables? It's like there's only one guy doing the work in their IT department. They need to get their act together.

I'm still out a 500 system freeze cashout reversal from 24 hours ago now. Any advice on what I could try to speed this up or how I can ask for compensation anyone? Should they not just be able to credit my account manually?

Cashouts involve 3rd party processors on most pokersites, that's why there are fees. They have a hard time running smooth as it is without players changing their mind about cashing out, and it may not be that simple once the 3rd party processor is involved

Dude, are you trying to blame me somehow for this by changing my mind on a cashout? That is an option open to players and I assure you had no part in causing this to happen whatsoever! If it did, players would be cashing out left and right after getting money stuck for 1 to 3 days, or however long after simply changing their mind on a cashout or losing their preexisting bankroll. I also handle all transactions through bitcoin, no payment processors or fees are involved. The reverse cashout froze after the multiple site wide system crashes/freezeups yesterday, nothing to do with cancelling and having it get delayed by an inadequate monetary department. And frankly I find it sickening my money and others are stuck for this long!

Has anyone else here had their ACR account banned for using a VPN? As mentioned in posts from earlier today, the site crashed and all MTTs were suspended/eventually cancelled. After refunds hit my account, I reached out to Live Chat because I only received refunds for 3 of the 4 tournaments I was in. They let me know that it would be 24 to 72 hours and to contact them if it doesn’t hit my account by then, and I logged off my account. After less than an hour had passed, I tried signing back in, and it said my account was banned and to contact management staff. I first got back on Live Chat, and they told me to send an email to Support explaining why I was using a VPN. I did this immediately, and have not received any response. I have also tried calling their 1-877 number on the site, and after waiting approximately 1 hour to talk to someone, I get a recorded message saying their has been an error with call forwarding then the call was dropped. I never got an email from them saying my account was being banned or investigated, and I just think it’s wild that there is no way to actually talk to someone about this.

PM winning_td and explain it. If it can be resolved, he is the one to speak with. It is usually a waste of oxygen to deal with customer service.

Thank you, sir. Got it resolved. Their response was basically, “You can play with a VPN, but we don’t recommend it because we’ll randomly ban you.”

When I log on to the client, I cannot load the tournaments I was in. Then eventually get kicked off the software with a message saying you have been logged off due to inactivity. Anyone else having the same issue?
