After the new update, if you make an action in the precise moment when the time bank starts (when the bet amount was reseted to 1bb in the last update), the action doesn't get done and the action buttons disappear, resulting in the hand timing out and being checked or folded. I experienced this three times this session, the first one folding the nuts, the last one testing it on purpose.

This just happened to me with the nuts on river as well.

Why did you lower withdrawl limits and dont raise them again? It has nothing to do with the software....its one click, you even lowered them a few days after the update was done... !

First, I need to say that I'm not playing on the site, and I'm not going to until it gets fixed. I don't understand all of you who come on here, knowing what the status is, playing anyway, then complaining that you've lost hundreds or thousand of dollars. You're wasting your money, while at the same time funding this mess that isn't getting fixed.

I'm very process oriented and I'm trying to understand how this got so screwed up. It doesn't seem to me like it would be that hard to make flow charts or step-by-step lists of what to fix and in what order. Messed up player accounts would have to be near the top of that list. Incorrect or non-working displays should be there as well. This would also make communication with your players much better.

Many of us don't trust you now. You need to prove that you can be trusted. Be transparent. Tell us what's going on. If we know what the top three priorities are and we can actually see progress in those areas, it would be a big step in earning back that trust.

Anyone getting disconnected for a few seconds you click a box to reconnect or whatever it kicks you off a cash game table or sits you out in a tourney? Why doesn't your time bank go into effect in such a situation? Cost me in a cash game here today, no good.

This new glitch where it takes away your action buttons and forces you to time out is unreal. Site literally got worse. Had this one happen to me about 6 times tonight.

Now that June 10th has past do you plan on revising the fix it list? Especially since your latest fixes have made things worse and more dangerous to play causing time outs in the middle of hands.

I'm glad you said WPN is correctly tracking rakeback, because if WPN had to fix it, they would probably fix it wrong. Oh wait, nevermind.

Wouldn't be surprised if this page never gets updated, just like the banned accounts page. Seems whoever is coming up with ideas for these pages gets distracted very easily. Time out glitch is unbelieveable and may be the last straw.

I guess if it is a different error, then I am not repeating myself when I call WPN incompetent. The above tournament is yet the umpteenth time they made a mistake. But don't worry WPN has stated there are no mistakes with rb/points/rewards. But you have to take their word on it going on 3 weeks now without our info or rewards.

By the way, if you find a miscoded tournament that benefits the players by paying less rake for the structure, then you can decide whether to keep quiet about it, you won't be alone in your silence.

It is refreshing to truly get down to the problems of this poker site without fanboys derailing. Fanboys can no longer defend this dumpster fire. They use to make non sequiturs or say, "if you don't like it here go play somewhere else." Well, I'm looking to have a solid 3 or 4 poker sites for USA players to play. What I want is new management at WPN. Nagy needs to go. Social media is the tool. WPN is probably a small structured business (here is praying Nagy doesn't own controlling share).
