The beast seems to be weighted favorable for small stakes, but that will just bring more regs and some higher regs down for more hands. It sucks but usually the better the rake structure and reward system on a site hurts the games more than its worth. All things considered though still the best option.

This has already been discussed. And, its no big deal even if he does, as many high volume players get special deals from many different poker sites. I have had private conversations with several players who seek out special deals directly from the card rooms.

Now, when you find out he is actually part of the ownership playing please let us know...

The Beast tables were delayed only 1/2 hour, but I know, you needed to make your point.

Wow, I'm really impressed, there is a ton of action at the tables tonight. The urge to grind is contagious!

How is it no big deal that multiple people play that account to win the rake race each month, especially when first place is going to be like 25k this month?!

Where is there proof two people play account? That is different, but pretty hard to catch on any poker site offering rake races which many do these days. If he has multiple IPs playing within a short period then that can be checked. Just about anyone can try and share an account to win a rake race, unless they get caught

they need to stop feeding the tournament package in the beast..or atleast slow it down by like 50%, we are losing alot of value because of this and the $9 fee. people who want to participate in the punta deal will play satellites. giving away 182 seats which they have reached already is more then enough.

I think this is actually a good incentive for the fish to keep playing cash. I can imagine one at his computer dreaming of playing poker on a tropical resort, and putting in an extra hour as a result. But yeah, looks like they are going to change it up every month. I do think that they should, maybe every 3 months or so, do one with no tourney entry, straight cash race, but pay a ton of places. The feeling a player gets when they cash in a leaderboard for the first time, even at the bottom tier, is good enough to get them to want to achieve it every month, IMO.

time will tell but it seems like this will just draw more grinders and make the games harder.

Is there any way to change the font color of the player chat? For me, it is the same color as the dealer chat. I would like for it to stand out so I don't miss anything, thanks.

I have a question about using Holdem Manager on ACR.

It is my understanding that PokerTracker already tracks ACR, and that Holdem Manager will be doing that soon. But when I listed my last 10 ACR tournaments, they did not show the finish place or number of players.

What does ACR do about tournament histories? Do they write a complete hand history and tournament history to disk, but leave out field size and finish place on the list that I call up?

It would be great to just import Holdem Manager instead of manually entering the information for all of the tournaments I have played since I started playing on ACR (February 1).

In fact, I would say that if I was choosing between two poker sites sites and it was a close call, complete hand histories and tournament histories being written to disk might be the deciding factor.

Far from impressed with Customer No-Service. I used to play on Doyle and played a bit on ACR after the switch. I tried to log in last Wedesday (FIVE DAYS AGO. My login did not work. Tried the retrieve password. Did not work. Yes, I have a cash balance.

Sent an email to Customer Service in reply to a note ACR sent to me sol I know I sent it form the email address I have on file.

Tried the online chat. No one was there so I also sent an email to Customer Service via the ACR website. No reply in 3 days. Send another email via the website and also forwarded my original email from Wed.

Here we are 5 days later. No reply. Color me not impressed. They ahve my $$$ so I guess they don't if I play there again.

I also haven't been able to get in contact with them via online chat or email recently. It seems as though their online chat has been down the last few days as well. Have you tried calling them?

I am looking to make a deposit, though it seems I can't get through to support. . . I was going to try Western Union. I click on cashier and nothing happens... Hrmm, oh well I guess. I thought ACR ws going to be a viable option for us, especially since Minted went down.

I also had issues with chat and no response to the emails I sent. I made my weekly western union withdraw over the phone (normally via chat) and got email 4hrs later from them telling me that I now have a username and password for their online ticketing system.

When I logged in there, I see my open ticket with them is for my WU withdraw. The link to online chat worked in there as well and I was able to speak with someone.

It seems they upgraded their customer communications system and are having some issues still.
