I still never got an answer about if anyone that had their points reduced drastically got it fixed. My points are still off by at least 6k. Support is totally useless obviously.

My points were reduced by 1500 to 2k as well randomly. They have not been returned at all

Hoping that this will somehow be fixed with the update in the morning

Feature, not bug. Be careful, if you keep up the negativity you won't be refunded when WPN dumpster fire software robs you, and your friends won't get help from WINNING_TD either! In all seriousness the hand histories are actually not generated at all for some hands. If your luck at generating hand histories isn't going your way, maybe you could try your hand at WPN online casino, I hear some live streamers are really killing it these days!

About a week ago, my points on the True skin were reduced by > 20%.

Side note: just received my second cashout this week from BetOnline (both took less than 12 hours).

I installed the new software and now the ACR hand history folder cannot be deleted. It is saying I do not have permission even though I am the administrator on my computer. Further, I cannot even grant myself access through properties/security settings.

It is as if the new update has locked me out permanently from doing anything. Trying to uninstall does not work, deleting does not work, reinstall does not work.

Is anyone else receiving this error at all? Support had me email a screenshot and was not able to help right away

Fixed:
HM3 was causing the problem. By closing it, everything worked fine

Instead of fixing any of the multiple bugs that are there since the new software THREE MONTHS AGO they make a new interface for no reason. It looks nice, but aren't the resources needed somewhere else?
Also notes are now COMPLETELY messed up for me

There are two types of points you earn in the Elite/Loyalty program.

Combat points are redeemed for $. 100CP=$1

Rank points are redeemed for medals of achievement. They also can add to the multiplier of how to earn combat points each month.

The best way to fully understand how it works is to visit ACR's website and review the Elite Benefits under the promotions tab.

Is it me or is the only thing telling you who's action it is, is the countdown line? It used to highlight the player so it was easy while multitabling. Seems like a step backwards.
