doesn't this language indicate that they are holding funds on purpose? seems to me this wording is indicating that all they have to do is enable the rakeback but they are choosing not to?

or is this a software issue that they have to recode or program something to get it to work?

to me it seems like the way they worded it that they are doing it on purpose and holding the funds for some reason.

At this point I don't think rakeback is ever going to be paid and probably never reinstated either.

I'm not a software engineer, but isn't it possible they are tracking all the RB points in a database, and they just don't have functioning software to do anything with that data?

Is anybody else having problems with tables popping up after you have unchecked the option in set-up? When I open a chrome window the tables will pop up over the top of it when it is my turn to act. Driving me crazy and CS is useless.

R+A tournament bugs:

1. Auto rebuys even though neither rebuy box was checked.

I've never gotten an email but always get my cashout. if you go to cashier and click withdraw then click transaction history you can see the status of it and if theyve even started working on it yet
