They made the player points available that were earned up to 8/1/19 which can be redeemed by contacting Live Chat. ACR has stated that the player points earned after 8/1/19 still aren't available to view and redeem on the rewards page but they hope to have that function available in the near future. Points from 8/1/19 are being tracked and will be available once they enable the Loyalty rewards functionality

I did see a pop up yesterday that stated that that tourney was starting yesterday but I never actually saw the tourney lobby and there is not a tourney in the BOSS schedule. In scrolling through all the registering/running tourneys, I don't see any $1000 PLO MTTS listed. I'm wondering if that was an errant pop up message

Playing will not jeopardize getting a refund. Historically the missed funds do end up back in your account and if they aren't there by tomorrow I would contact Live Chat again
