I was kicked off and logged back in multiple times. Eventually I stopped buying in and just played out the tournaments I was still in.

I am relatively positive at this point that I actually played the game and won it. However, everyone I contact refuses to even converse about it. I have contacted BCP/ACR multiple times to no avail. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, they throw me to the bottom fish and have some teenager tell me they will be the last point of contact. While I never expect too much customer service from an online gambling institution, this is beyond words. How can one have no recourse in a situation like this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is there a consensus on what to do about player points, about a week or so ago they updated and credit my account with them (doubt its accurate but owell) Anyways since then I have played a lot and my player points have remained the same lol. Sorry if this has been addressed, theres so many post in this thread these days that its hard to keep up ha

Usually the money eventually returns back into your account. Your best option would be to private message Winning_TD and have him look into you which would get it resolved quickly but since you're new to 2+2 you don't have PM priveledges yet. You can reach out to a mod on this site and ask for the PM function to be made available to you or if you feel comfortable you could post your screen name and the sessions you were in where you $ hasn't been returned to you and I can PM W_TD for you.

For me it was really easy to overlook what was happening to tourney players up to this point because I hadn’t been effected by any of the crashes. Now I understand how overly frustrating not having the situation fixed is.
still didnt receive the refund. i talked to live chat again and they said it would be another 24 hours. I dont think at this point I will ever get the money back it seems.

I think your best option is to private message Winning_TD. He the tournament director for WPN and although he does not work in customer service, he has made himself available on this site to help with issues that Live Chat won't handle to players satisfaction. Because you are new to 2+2 you don't have PM capabilities yet so you are going to have to contact 2+2 customer service and ask them t enable the PM function. Once you have PM capabilities you will have to provide W_TD with your screen name and the tournies in question. If 2+2 customer service won't make the PM function available to you I don't know what else to suggest unless you feel comfortable posting your SN and tournies on this thread and I will forward your info in a PM to W_TD. One last thing you could try is Live Chat. Its always a crap shoot contacting them but I have been lucky enough occasion to get a very competent CSR that has taken care of issues quickly.

Can anyone confirm/deny there was a $1k multi starting day PLO during BOSS that is no longer there? I don't even see it on the original schedule

Points can be converted to cash thru a live chat rep. pretty quickly if you want.

I've also played a ton since Aug. 1 and no points are accruing.

An ACR rep has stated in the ACR Software Updates Forum; that they expect the Rewards program to be fully functional "by the end of August".

They made the player points available that were earned up to 8/1/19 which can be redeemed by contacting Live Chat. ACR has stated that the player points earned after 8/1/19 still aren't available to view and redeem on the rewards page but they hope to have that function available in the near future. Points from 8/1/19 are being tracked and will be available once they enable the Loyalty rewards functionality

I did see a pop up yesterday that stated that that tourney was starting yesterday but I never actually saw the tourney lobby and there is not a tourney in the BOSS schedule. In scrolling through all the registering/running tourneys, I don't see any $1000 PLO MTTS listed. I'm wondering if that was an errant pop up message

Playing will not jeopardize getting a refund. Historically the missed funds do end up back in your account and if they aren't there by tomorrow I would contact Live Chat again

Any word on why Blitz went down again? I didn't play since I was waiting to see if it stable enough to make it a week without getting pulled again. It looks like it didn't even make it 3 full day.

Agreed. Question, since I just downloaded the software, was there any update between the last blitz roll out and the current blitz roll out?

Yes but they have no idea whats being updated. There is no coordination between anyone, the estimated deadlines are bullshit. The developers are trolling, rolling out updates with no fixes and have yet to be fired.

My username is morozov5090. My last hand before disconnect was 96080670. As I was booted I had a balance of 42.60 in my buyin and was never credited it back.

Thanks for the replies and help guys. Haven't been able to get a moderator to assist and still not able to PM. If Winning_TD see's this and feels like taking a look into it, my username is Surfnstond on BCP. This is feeling like a lost cause and I'm not good with it. See? Hopefully they have *something* running smoothly by the time Sept1 hits or they're just going to get lost in the shuffle of the other networks when the fall crowd returns. It's kind of already happening.

Is anyone going from the button or cut off to the big blind when moved to a new table? I had 3 table moves today and was put in the big blind all three times after I just went through the blinds. This wasn't a one off it has happened several times since the new software "upgrade".
