See my above post. A message came up saying something about repairs or something like that to help players blah blah blah. I was up a bunch, lost a cpl pots and then bam that was that. I want to move. I never thought I would hate living in the US so much and it's not bc of poker only

Was there a warning somewhere? Or do they just do it suddenly like they just did every time?

No warning as usual. Playing a sit n go had the lead with 7 players and the same message you got and 5 seconds later we're kicked off. How do they reimburse people? With 7 players left do you divide up the 2 eliminated players money? Do they do it by chip count like other sites? Or let me guess....they do it the simplest, least fair way possible? Doesn't matter....the money is meaningless to me but I just can't get over what a terribly run site this is as far as software

Ya I wish there were penalties for s*** like this. Online sites act so arrogant and I just want more competition so I just say f u when these sites suck

I Haven't been playing much lately. Decided to make a small deposit on ACR.
Playing some cash and a couple SNG's, without warning site shuts down for maintenance.

What's up with that BS? How hard is it to give a little warning? You know, like Pokerstars always did.

From the Caesars Earnings Conference Call in the last week or so, the CEO said it would likely be 18 months/2 years just to get going in NJ alone. You will better off if you are living in Vegas and want to play others in NV, as they said it would start up in only months from now.

there was an envelope on all my tables at about 12. i clicked on the envelope and it let me know that schedules maitenance was going to take place at 4am est. i am a new fan of acr. not for this reason but the fact that their rewards program is modeled after stars and can be very profitable.

anyone notice anything new with these updates?

That's only 10 days. They usually only come in and cherry pick a few questions to respond to when they have an announcement they want to make in the thread.

They don't play nearly enough tables at a time to outshine MamaCoolJ. They seem to table select and don't just play every available table. Also, as someone else mentioned, I'm sure they are trying to avoid attention to some degree.

What kinds of things are they doing that make people think they are bots?

Lol the Ve and Bkr players are 95% donks. I have only come across a few that were good. If I see those names I rush to the table. 0 chance they are bots

Don't believe they are talking about those players. I think everyone agrees that the majority of those players are very bad and welcome at any table.

They are no bots and if so, really really crap ones. South American bingo style

Only thing I have noticed is that the client doesn't minimize when opening a table now.

so any opinions on the ACR casino games? loose/tight? How are the blackjack tables? I don't play a lot, but if I do, I'd like it not too dead ... are they an outside affiliate? (like their sportsbook being with BetCRIS/bookmaker)

I currently get 27% Rakeback - Should/Can I switch over to the VIP system? I play mostly tournaments - Should be a platinum ranking if I were to switch.

1. You can swap once between programs.
2. You play mostly MTTs so I doubt you rake enough to make it worthwhile.
3. ACR does not have a "platinum" ranking.
4. If you can reach "Colonel" you'll be better off on Elite Benefits.

Something new...

Today...one of my two sats I registered for opened at 515PM and the other did not. When I went to manually open the other sat it would not let me take the seat or even open the table I was seated at, but it would let me open the other table

So, I went to close the client and re-open, but when I closed the one sat table I was playing, the other table suddenly popped up...

Of course then the now recurrent 'client application performed an illegal operation' message popped up and I lost my sound until I can close and re-open the client again

(oh did you mean something good for the players with the new updates? Would be nice if they gave us info as to what the updates are fixing as they do them)
