I hope that the update will solve many of the serious problems. To be honest, I'm not confident about that, based on past history and business practices. How confident should I be when I carefully document a problem (timing of the blind levels) and I'm told that's what I found is impossible?

Not "we could not recreate this issue." Not "we will look into this." Just dismissed as impossible.

To put it in one simple sentence:

Some of these problems are so fundamental that the software should never have gone live until they were fixed.

No poker player would write code where tournament blind levels didn't automatically go up every n minutes. No poker player would write code such that a tournament page didn't show where the money bubble was.

One of my more radical suggestions was that the site (which I guess means the entire Winning Poker Network) should be shut down so that all possible resources could be put toward fixing these fundamental problems quickly. I stand by that suggestion.

Automobile manufacturers shut down for retooling. In my opinion, that's what is needed here.

What can you do with FPP?

No poker player would write code where the payout amounts for each place finished in a tourney are not readily visible in the tourney lobby at a glance.

HEM2 works they are working on hud.

Netspend works. Green dot does not. Green dot block international transactions Netspend doesn't so thats why netspend works. As far as gift cards every poker company is different but most of them don't. But if you wanna deposit other ways you can always do a player transfer in the p2p transfer thread and do trades with players with a good history.

You were likely auto registered. In the future click "game info" and then "my tournaments" to find it.

Not sure anyone actually reads these complaints but one thing that is a must fix is the timing out.. The rest of my internet is working fine and then all of a sudden the tables on American Cardroom simply stop working and sit you out. When you ask support what is going on they will tell you the problem is on your end.. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this.

You are correct it is not on your end it's on ACR's. It happens to me occasionally and I'm positive it's not on my end. Frankly I don't see it being fixed.
