HUD is expected to be up in about a week.
Notecaddy is expected to be up in about a week.

I saw the following comment and asked about the bolded part (my question is underlined):

We are working towards a goal of a new HM2 release by the end of this week and I assume that our beta support of the HUD/Replayer will be merged before the release as it has been tested quite a bit in the internal beta builds already and seems solid (minus the known issues of no preferred seating, no HUD on more than 1 tourney of the same type, etc). I am not 100% sure there will be a merge before the release but that is usually how things go so I sent an email to be sure my assumption is correct.

I play SNGs and MTTs (mostly SNGs right now, doing some bankroll grinding.) What are considered different tournament types? Regular speed SNG vs. turbo SNG? STT vs. MTT? Regular tournaments vs. bounty tournaments?

It is the same type of problem that we have with tournament HUD support on Microgaming and PKR due to the way they fail to give them a unique windows ID. My understanding of the problem is that if you play one regular and one hyper the HUD will work on both tables, or if you play one $1.50 and one $3 SNG of the same type the HUD will work on both tables, but I had a hard time trying to test this in detail on WPN due to the low volume of tournaments. I was rarely able to get 2 tourneys of the same type and buyin open at the same time because they filled so slow.
I'am just waiting for them to fix the hud so I can update.

Considering playing here and have a few questions. Can i have my account verified before I deposit? Can I play in Maryland? How long do cashouts to US players typically take? Are deposits segregated?

That doesn't apply here though. They couldn't have prevented the deposit because he made a new account to get around it. When he went to cash out from the new account he shouldn't have made and sent in his info they found out he had already been banned. He knew he was banned and shouldn't have tried to get around it.

ACR/WPN: This has to get fixed. I've often mentioned that you need to concentrate on the serious problems with games that don't work right, and spend less times on new promotions. This isn't exactly a broken game problem, but it certainly should be a higher priority than your next promotion.

Many of us have been waiting, for quite some time, for Holdem Manager to work on this site. We're almost there. I manually imported all of my ACR hands into Holdem Manager 2 yesterday, and the HUD should be up in a matter of days. But the HUD isn't much good if multitablers can't use it on more than one table.

Please, make this a priority, and get it fixed as quickly as possible. The next sexy promotion can wait. Fix the major problems first!

The new cards are AWFUL. Making the font on them bigger actually made them harder to see, not easier. Please give the option to have the old deck. Also one of these years you guys need to get the non selected tables to make noise!

Fortunately if you only play 2-3 tables you can size out that new card look, but I can see how you mega-tablers would be driven crazy looking at those odd cards.

Please, get your priorities straight.

I just downloaded ACR to a second location, and after the site was downloaded, I watched the check for updates. Every single update file contained the words "tables", "images" and themes".

It is 1745 here. The list of MTTs<$20 shows none starting after 1700. I know that there are MTTs running later tonight, but none are listed.

Not being able to see the tournament lineup several hours ahead is something that many of your users have complained about, to no avail. It's been a problem since I started playing here early this year. It's still not fixed. But we have new tables and themes.

The site works poorly. You are not responsive to customer complaints or suggestions. Oh well, at least you're trying to make it look pretty.

Anything else you want to add? You gotta love the poker players that expect changes to be done with one simple click, but this only works in movies.

You can't be serious with this snarkiness, right? This is the ****tiest-designed poker site I have ever seen. It's awful. And yet you jump down the throat of anyone who is critical of it. Even Poker Clif who is, generally, polite despite being harshly critical of the unbelievably terrible software.

Have you ever played on Everleaf, the old standalone Everest and Pitbull Poker? I guess not ... . Also, compared to the old Yatahay version its quite an improvement.

It's not a matter of wanting something fixed with one click. It's about fixing a lot of problems, some of which affect the integrity of the games, that have been a problems for weeks or even months.

Also, some of us don't just point out problems, we suggest solutions. I have suggested prioritizing problems that affect the integrity of the games over cosmetic changes. I have also suggested accepting input from a players committee (PokerStars does that.) Once I even suggested a coding fix that I thought might fix one of the problems. I will give you an example of what I'm talking about:

The timing of the blinds is off, at least it was the last time I rechecked, a couple months ago. (I will do another check sometime in the next few days.) I played a tournament with 10-minute blind levels. More than 11 minutes into a level, a new hand started, but the blinds did not go up.

I pointed this out, and I carefully documented everything, including timing the tournament with a stopwatch. I gave the tournament number, and the exact number of minutes and seconds into the tournament that it happened.

The response to my post was that what I described was impossible.

Not knowing when the blinds will go up, not knowing whether you are close to the money bubble in a tournament, and other serious problems affecting the integrity of the games have been pointed out for months, multiple problems pointed out by multiple players, and nothing seems to get fixed.

This is much more than one player wanting an instant fix for one problem. It is a site run by people that are either clueless about how poker is supposed to work, by managers who are clueless about running a business and customer service, or both.

For most poker sites, pokersite.net is play money, and pokersite.com is real money.

Are you an affiliate of this site or something. Every time someone has a complaint you rush to defend this garbage software. The only good thing about this site is their cash out times which are very impressive.

Did it cross your mind that most of the issues will be addressed in the software update? It has been mentioned in the WPN sub forum by one of their reps that they use a completely different coding for the new version (to also make it available for Mac), so why would they try to split the resources and fix some glitches that require more than just a few clicks?

I have submitted issues numerous times (e.g. try the Cap tables, sometimes I was able to raise for 1/2 BB pre and minbet 1/2 BB post flop), some were fixed and some weren't. Right now it is what it is ...

You must have missed the many posts where I answer simple questions that almost every regular player on the site / network can do.
