It takes around 2 weeks, sometimes less than that. You need to scan them a photo Id like your Drivers license and then something that verifies your address like a bank statement or utility bill.

Barley anything, but that's not the point. If there going to go ahead and cancel a tournament while it's running, than the funds should be credited to my account when that happens; whether it happens automatically or if they have to manually do it. I still haven't been credited anything and I won't be until I'm forced to badger support for at least 20 minutes.

Correct, it's just a one time thing. Once they verify it, future cashouts are processed almost immediately and take no longer than 2 weeks to arrive(at least that has been my case).

Sorry I missed this earlier.

I was talking about a 1-table 9-player SNG with 10-minute levels, where new hands were starting when the blinds had not gone up for more than 11 minutes. There is no reason that should ever happen. Either the code is written so that the blinds automatically go up every ten minutes, or it isn't.

Obviously it isn't.

I was also sent this link by BCP support as it was there obvious intension to have me learn there tournament rules. Well what I learned is that all of us who were still in the tournaments that got shut down yesterday have money coming. Has anyone received any funds or any information of when they will send these funds.
Did you ever receive any winnings? I didn't and I still can't see anywhere in my transaction history where I was refunded my buyin amount. I believe I was refunded, but I don't see the transaction anywhere.

Is their any plans to fix the time bank.. I get timed out which sets off a chain reaction getting timed out at every table. I cant be the only one who has complained about this. Not sure who reads these threads but its getting to the point where its not worth the aggravation

Help me not disconnect over 15 times in the span of an hour when my internet is literally lightening fast. It's getting ridiculous how bad the servers and software are. Losing money from disconnecting wayyy too often.

I see that ACR now has micro MTTs, starting at 1015 on 8/29, US Eastern time.

I said that I wouldn't complain about stuff any more, but in this case, the players need to know what the structures really are.

The number of starting chips for a tournament is shown in 3 places:

1. In the tournament lobby, in the scrolling information just about the REGISTER tab.

2. On the tournament page in the rightmost column.

3. On the tournament page, then click the PRIZE STRUCTURE tab.

The numbers in the different locations sometimes don't match. For example, the following micro tournaments scheduled for 8/29 or 8/30 show 3,000 starting chips in all three locations:

#1242955
#1242956
#1242986

Then things get wierd. The following tournaments show the listed starting chip amounts in each of the 3 locations:

#1242997
1. 300
2. 300
3. 3,000

#1243006
1. 300
2. 300
3. 3,000

#1243021
1. 2,000
2. 2,000
3. 2,000

This really is amateur hour on ACR. You can't get even the most simple things, like listing a chip count, correct. I played my first live tournament in a year last week, and I'll be playing another one on Memorial Day.

I can look at the web page of my local charity room and see all the details for a tournament every weekday, three on Saturday and three on Sunday, with all of the structural details laid out all in one place* (see below.)

Not knowing what the ACR tournament line-up will be the next day, or whether the tournament will be stopped with no explanation, or what information isn't correct, just doesn't work for me any more.

I hope to transfer more and more of my poker time and money to the 11 local tournaments a week that I can always count on to run smoothly.

No, rake is the same except at NL400+. Now extra bbj money will go to the players that play way too many tables and slow every table down. Should spawn a new breed of these dolts.

I have noticed that the first place in the beast for August was over $2,000 lower in the final placement after August 31 than it was just a couple of hours before midnight on the same day. Why is that?

Nevermind. The prizes went back to their earlier amount.

At the top of the lobby where it says Rewards - My Account - Game Info - Announcements - etc, if you click on My Account > Details and scroll second to the bottom where it says Overall Ring Game Rank: - what does this mean?

There are two problems with how the tournament lobby is showing information for the micro guaranteed tournaments:

1. The information is inconsistent. For some of the tournaments, the number or starting chips is shown, for others it is not.

2. The execution is, as usually, just plain slopply. For example, under "Tournament Number" on the right side and near the top of the page, it shows the following:

a. Tournament number #1251656, starting at 1915, shows "Guaranteed Prize Pool $200", and "3000 starting chips", but

b. Tournament number #1251748, starting at 2315, shows "Guaranteed Prize Pool $2005 minutes." Neither the correct guarantee nor the number of starting chips are shown in that box.

As John McEnroe used to say, "You can't be serious!" "Prize Pool $2005 minutes"? How did someone not catch this? Everybody at ACR and WPN should be embarrased at the product you put out.

I guess you didn't get the memo. It is frowned upon to criticize ACR here in this forum for discussing ACR. Please refer to this site as "the People's Republic of ACR" and the site runners as "Dear Leaders".

I said in a previous post that I was done researching and document problems on the site, such as the timing of a blind level being off by as much as two minutes.

But this one didn't take any time to investigate and document. When you see something like "Prize Pool $2005 minutes,", it's pretty hard to miss.

As promised earlier, I am working more live play into my schedule, so that I'm not at the mercy of this site any more. I recently pointed out a mistake with the list of tournaments at my local poker room, and not only did they correct the web page within a few hours, they also put red letters and overstrike type over the three tournaments for that week that were detailed incorrectly, so that it was clear what the changes were.

That is called customer service.
