I emailed them, first from my new email which I thought was the one I used for the site, called them up and they said I used my old one and I can't get any response until I email with that one. I emailed yesterday still no response.

Is this par for the course in response to emails?

its not a good sign that on thier Beastlive page all of the numbers are taken down and the players are goofing around

If the server is down they likely cannot connect to the database aka no numbers
