Just curious if anyone else has run into this before, thanks.
Actually, I had the same issue when they first introduced the mini-blackjack...I complained and they blocked it. So YES, it is separate, but they CAN do it. Mine is disabled.

My apologies if this has been answered, as I have not kept up with this thread at all lately...

On the OSS leaderboard page, it says to see the chart for the corresponding prize you would get for finishing in a certain place, but there is no chart with amounts listed. This definitely insinuates that there will be prizes awarded other than just the winner who gets the bracelet, yet I have seen no specifics. So...are there indeed cash prizes for a certain number of top spots, and can we get some specifics on this??? Thank you!

Is mini blackjack the game with the King/Ace/21 icon located next to the table, toward the top right? Oddly enough, I haven't seen that icon for months . I am not complaining though! Anyway, I just checked and they did disable the main casino for me. See you guys at the tables!

Playing hyper $36 headsup sitngo. I go all in early w small pkt pair. Guy goes in tank.
Next thing I see is his time bank full 2 minutes starts to go off.
With about 30 seconds left of his time bank I notice on top of my game it says trying to reconnect or some crap. So I was disconnected! Yet I was watching 2 minutes of his time bank. I close table try to get to it again, nothing is working.
I close game client wait a minute, I log back in but entire thing is unresponsive. I do this about 5 x and then just came here say wtf! Still dont know if I won or not. I doubt it.
Guy probably had 20 chips left and won game.

Embarrassing and sad are the two best words to describe it. It's sad, because a site that is this good at payouts, in this type of environment, could really be something special if they... didn't suck at everything related to running a poker site on the actual gaming and software side.

The irrational part of me almost wants to believe they keep things ****ty in order to keep traffic at just enough of a level to be profitable, but not so great that they get enough attention to get DOJ-ed. I know it's probably silly, but I just can't rationalize the literally hundreds of easily fixable problems on this site.

QUestion of the week should probably be; With the upcoming update, is it a complete re-write, or just seriously fixing most of the now obvious flaws?

A lot of the flaws were not so obvious before a major influx of new players with money via BCP, it was (still is now) hard to find just the right table to play, but with more players, that lack of options became apparent, along with many other inadequacies.

Most of us are praying the update (re-write?) comes soon after OSS is finished, and makes us all happy.

Now, where did I put that ticket to OZ?

Whatever you're smoking, I want some!

We've been waiting for a software update forever. In August, they said it was coming soon. I don't blame the ACR rep for not being around much. Nothing they tell him comes to pass.

+1 to all the software complaints, but every time I get frustrated with the crappy software on ACR(albeit slowly getting better) I just go read the lock poker cash out thread. Makes me feel better lol! That network is royally ****ed, feel bad for anyone with money on there.

Sometimes this happens to me and I log off and log back on it lets me register. One time I had to re-start my computer to clear the issue. Good Luck

I worked with restarting the client this time so that's cool. It just sucks to have to register via chat.

It only happens on specific tourneys. Like most will be fine but one out of ten will not work. Today it was the button not reacting. Yesterday the register button wouldn't appear for a few tourneys.

This works but often I'm playing in many tournaments so this would require me to sit out on many tables. Upon relogging I have to find all the tournaments I'm currently in to sit back in which is a huge hassle.

They need to fix this bug for one thing, but they also need tables to automatically open upon relogging.
