When will these start?

Just want to say thanks for offering this commodity.

I tried cashing out from ACR and had problems.

First, they kept getting my account value incorrect when they were emailing me so I was concerned and emailed them back asking to make sure they have the correct information because I don't want a check with the wrong amount sent to me.

I got the check in less than 2 weeks, which was good, and it was for the right amount.

I deposited it and everything worked fine.
Two days later I got a call from one of their reps asking me if the deposit went through cause the bank account from which it was sent closed.
I said everything was fine, but the next day, the check bounced(?) even though it had been deposited and I was hit with a $12.00 recharge.

I emailed ACR and explaining this and they immediately refunded the money plus the $12.
No mention of sending me another check.

Sounds like they are taking care of it though , you can't be too mad at them. They are doing the right thing and sending you another check be happy!

Anyone ever have a problem activating the debit card online? For me it says unable to verify registration. It's been 2 weeks and support isn't even responding and I have an AM that doesn't seem to know either.

Hello everyone. I just spent two hours reading random pages in this thread. I would be interested in frank opinions re ACR. If you had to start from scratch, would you choose this site over others? I do not know if you are allowed to post other site names in this thread, but I would appreciate any opinions you may care to share.

Anyone have issues with PT4 not really keeping track correctly? My account balance and PT4 stats don't add up and I am wondering if its because PT4 doesn't take the drop for the Jackpot. If this is the case, anyone know of a fix for it? or did PT4 just miss an important hand (was ~100bbs off when comparing balance to PT4 stats)

The check bounced, I was charged for it and when I emailed them about the whole situation, all they said was, sorry, we have redeposited the money back in your account.

They never mentioned sending me another check or why this happened. I'm especially upset because when I withdrew, I asked them to be careful not to screw anything up with my withdrawal amount (which they got right). But they sent it from an account that was closed. One word: sketch.

yes.. now go to voucher and buy a $50 voucher or $100 voucher.. what ever amount u want to deposit.. then copy the vin and use it in the cashier

deposited $50 bucks Wed.. won 3 Dimes Sunday .. definitely worth a shot on this site lol.. best thing about this site is the cashout speeds.. checks I hear are 7 days .. and once u have the debit card.. next day withdrawals.. cant beat that anywhere else.. once more players start hearing about it , itll catch up.. traffics low but if they keep ADing it on espn, itll pick up im sure.. just hope it doesn't get shut down with all that publicity appearing on espn =\

You can do p2p transfers on ACR.

Until the middle of September, both PT3 and PT4 were counting rake as profit. I emailed them and told them. PT3 has been corrected with the latest beta, but PT4 is still not working. I had to purge my September hands and import them again. It took over 6 hours. PT4 won't work until they put out a new beta. As of yesteday, still not working.

I place pretty much everyday in the 50K super sattys...just wondering what I get if I place in a second SS on the same day? I keep getting to the top 40 and calling it a day until the 8pm rolls around. Made the top 30 in the Satty but can't quite get that top 3 just yet!

Still no debit card, still no responses to my e-mails about it.. only been a month and a half.

Mine was activated on the 26th using the # with the card.

I'm having trouble logging in. I keep putting my name and pw in, at least all of the ones I can think I would put, and it keeps coming up bad user code or pw. I go to start a new account using the same name and it says that name already exists.

I press forgot pw and it tells me to type in the captcha and it keeps coming up wrong value try again.

What do I do?

Requested cashout to card sat night, got email (ACR) today saying it was processed but hasnt shown up on my card yet. Anyone know how long that usually takes?

usually comes within 2-3 days but has taken up to 10 days on occasion for me.

I still haven't gotten my new debit card. I requested that I not be charged the $65 for my latest check since I haven't gotten my card, but I got no response and they charged my the $65 anyway.
