By the way, I really enjoyed my first tournament break, all four minutes and two seconds of it. No big deal, I'm only been asking for this to be fixed for three years.

If I try to open the client, it sits infinitely on 'Checking for new version...' If I close that dialogue box, the client seems to launch, but once it does, it is completely nonfunctional. It looks like the normal lobby, but none of the buttons do anything and it can't even be closed without task manager ending the application/process.

What gives?
This happened to me, I simply uninstalled the software and reinstalled, no problems after that

^^^ The 2+2 cashout thread in the WPN sponsored forum has player related information. Or try Googling, as there are at least two commonly updated reports on this matter that can be found.

Trying to get into ACR, have a couple of questions hopefully somebody can answer:

1. Max amount of cash games/tounreys playable at once?
2. what does PRR stand for? (in the table names for cash games)

Head's up ACR players: the debit card I used to deposit (back in April) was used fraudulently to set up a PayPal account (using my name and address). Lot's of charges were made (starting in June and continuing right up to about a week ago). I never noticed because I only used this checking account and its associated debit card for ACR -- nothing else. Never carried the debit card with me. So the obvious conclusion is one of two things:
1. Someone hacked into ACR.
2. There is a dishonest employee there who took the card and identity info.

My bet is on #2. If it were #1 we probably would have seen many more reports like mine. Just a warning to all of you. I would suggest that if you used a debit card to deposit, ask your bank to issue a new number.

My problem would have been minor except that in order to get free checking, I agreed to an overdraft line of credit. And since I never used the account I wasn't checking it. My bad there.

I only noticed an "urgent" letter today from my bank telling me my account was overdrawn by 800+

I realize there is no definite answer to this, but can somebody give me an estimated rate of award points they earn in micro stakes 6-max cash games? Something like per table per hour?

Trying to look at that to determine rate I can expect to earn bonuses

I have been playing poker for years with Americas Cardroom and other sites. Well, guess it was my first withdrawal time, and I am asked to send a copy of my credit card? The same card they have successfully gotten hundreds of dollars in deposits? I am not comfortable with sending my credit card image over the internet. I have sent them proof of my identity, but am told I am not going to get paid, nor have an option to withdraw. I find it hard to believe I am the only that finds this policy disturbing and backwards. I have been victim of identity before. Not saying their site. Its not even the point.

It is 100% standard at every online poker site I've ever used since 2001.

That's not true. Blanket statement, and totally wrong. I have cashed out with Carbon, Lock, and a few others without photocopying my credit card. Thanks for the help thou, but that's false.

Why chime in if you are just trying to tell me I am wrong? You can check my history, I have cashed out before, not no big timer. I am guessing because you are affiliated you feel the need to defend?

It still is a very common procedure of online poker sites to request this, especially if the credit card was used to fund your account.

To whom it may concern affiliated with ACR.

You have come a long way from the beginning when I first tried it, but one thing you really need to fix is the way your extra time bank functions. If I am multi-tabling and I need a few extra seconds to act. I should not be required to click an actual extra time box. I have literally lost thousands of dollars from having the nuts on the river and having the stupid clock check me only to be checked behind, or to check behind myself. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everything else has been great, but you really need to fix that. It's nothing more than costly involuntary action.

Thank you to whomever is taking this all into consideration

How exactly do you have the nuts in the hand you posted? Or did you mean "most likely best hand" in this spot?

There is an option for your timebank to automatically kick in. Just look for the option. Do it before you start playing. I had same issue, and found the option.
