I can't check your account to know for sure but the last thing I am aware of that required a premium was the affiliate rake race.

There was an account removed from the LB so some players were moved up a position and that might have resulted in a second payment. Could be completely unrelated though and be for something else, CS should be able to confirm based on the auto generated notes when premiums are done.

Just spoke to CS who confirmed they were for player collusion. Good job security.

He is not : sleazy is Andy, the previous rep. There are still no rep (here) and I think messaging Stubbe would be your best option on 2 + 2, although he is not often online here. I an account playing from austria and i saw today its not possible to play anymore. That's fine but i had 550eur worth of tickets won that now they don't want to give it in cash and they said even if i change country they will not be active. Isn't this stealing however? I mean we played some satellites and now they get to keep the amount of the prizepool

Good job only giving us less than a 2 weeks notice that you will close down austrian accounts
I happened to be on vacation and had over 700€ of cashgame tickets that I wasnt able to clear, plus some playthrough bonus
Messaged both reps but no response and now I cant even log in? How is that not straight up fraud?

Poker team doesn't control when global comms regarding market closures go out unfortunately. The one time I went rogue and announced it early I got in trouble.

If you have active PTB, bonus points and/or tickets of any kind as of when play was blocked, they'll be converted to cash and credited today I believe. I'd be running the reports right now were it not for the fact I'm replying to you here instead

Hey sleazy, thanks for answering. "They" in this case was the German/austrian unibet support.

I did try to contact the English speaking one and they said they will send the balance and later the tickets as cash. (German speaking one wouldn't even help with the cashout! Even though i explained it was buggy)

Got the balance pretty fast yesterday now waiting to see when thr cash for the tickets will arrive

For anyone with basic math's skills, Banzai flips are a really lame promotion. Basically it's worth 10c for every flip you win, and a max of 3 a day :/

Also frustrating that there's no decent way of showing/sharing Hand Histories in forums like these, just the wall-of-text format. It also baffles me why you don't have a hand-replayer 'share' function so players can share their wins/loses on social, its free advertising!

Can't check if there was an error without knowing who you are. I'm also not sure if by "didn't receive anything" you mean that you don't have funds in your account to withdraw or you've not received a withdrawal? You will have to request a WD via CS/Live chat if there is a remaining balance, they're not auto-withdrawing balances as far as I'm aware.

There really wasn't a lot of compensation to give and it was almost all in BP conversion. I think one account might have got a bonus compensation because welcome bonuses and 'Rake x, Get y' bonuses are not compensated.

I don't have access to any of the customer account systems anymore so can't use an email to find your account in the poker back office. Usernumber or table aliases for me unfortunately.
