A lot - our mathematical expectation for the month was to award 2-3 packages. So far we've awarded 5 so we'll probably award 0-1 more, going by the odds.

I don't play large amounts so I was never able to get through my original deposit bonus, but it would be nice to continue to have bonuses as a reward for when I do play a lot.
The first bonus from Challenges comes at 7,500 points:

Besides, I have no problems while playing on pokerstars or PKR.
Everytime I complain about this, I'm told it's my problem and no solution is found. I really like playing on Unibet, but I'll have to move if the problem persists.
It isn't a problem on our side. That means it's a problem on your side or somewhere between you and us. You've posted about this many times, but it has only very rarely been a problem on our side.
I believe I've said a few times that this is probably CPU lag. You could check by loading the task manager by right click on the windows bar, then seeing how much CPU the Unibet Poker process is taking up when you disconnect. Because it's CPU lag you'll need the task manager up before you experience it as it'll take a while to load, by which time your computer will have caught up.

so i was brainstorming a little bit and i have written a PDF about a strategy that i think is one of the most fair payout/reward strategy for the streamers
Please take a look at it and give your opinion about what your thought are about this.

Thanks for spending the time to make the document. We're still in the stage where we're figuring out how to make Twitch promos - nobody has really done it before as far as I know. I want to encourage streaming, but I also want to encourage viewing. The way we are doing it in April isn't great because it doesn't encourage high quality streams much, and people can maximise their chances of winning by using the Twitch IRC server.
I agree with you that we should reward people more for better quality streams. For now I think that's about the basics of having a webcam and mic. In the longer term it's about streaming at set times of the day, adding graphical overlays where appropriate, always interacting a lot with the viewers, etc.
The problem is that I don't like promos that players can't get the most from if they start a few days into the month (another reason why I don't like the typical rake race). Another problem is that we can't automate any of this yet. We could build the poker client and back office with the idea of automation in mind, which is one of the reasons we can build so much with so few people. For Twitch, it's all manual at the moment.
I think accumulating points in the way you suggest could be a promo in the future, but we need to be a bit simpler for now. My plan for the May Twitch promo is:
- We pick a stream at random each evening, weighted towards ones with more viewers
- We credit that streamer with €40 if they just stream
- €50 if they also have a webcam or mic
- €60 if they have both
- We then say in chat “anyone who types ‘my alias is xyz’ in the next 5 minutes will receive a €4 NL4 ticket, if you don’t have an alias you’ll need to create a Unibet account and login to the poker site”
- Then we can copy/paste that, extract the aliases, and credit the tickets relatively quickly

is it a practical demonstration or just you saying/explaining something?
as an entertaining practical demonstration i suggest you give the person in question €10k in a unibet account and make them play 6 tables of nl400 without any strategy whatsoever, completely randomly clicking buttons, and see what happens. then show how strange those results compare to the pool. maybe you could program a bot to make completely random actions, that would be a kind of bot i would be more than ok with.
more seriously, a short, entertaining theoretical demonstration seems quite hard to me unless the listener is already relatively knowledgable in relevant areas.
maybe something like explaining how a huge betsizing or timing tell on the river can work, as that's something where variance can essentially be removed and where it's quite obvious how much one could profit from compared to someone who hasn't noticed it etc. not sure how to make that funny though. maybe the image of someone so greedy that they become irrational and shoot themselves in the foot by adding 20% extra to every valuebet, making it obvious that it's value and making them actually get less value. that kind of thing can be funny if caricaturised corretly, i guess.
I was being a bit coy as I wasn't sure if I wanted to say it - but it's because I want to write some proposals for TV adverts. And yeh, I agree an entertaining theoretical demonstration is pretty hard to do. Thanks for the suggestions.

That's it, thanks. I'll explain it better for next quarter.
