One more thing. Hands are wrongly sorted by date. They are always sorted as GMT time zone even if I set other time zone. So if play some hands on 31st october in my time zone and it's still 30th october in GMT, hand will be shown in 30th october window.

So there was some comments at some point of some unibet ambassadors trying to get downloadable anonymous hh on unibet. Any news on this as is it ever going to be done or not? Would love to see how many hundreds avg. bins I am once again down compared to allin EV. Might be even close to catch my absurd stars run, lol.

Have a great working week.

Couple of things to hit you with early monday morning:

- It's happened to me multiple times the last couple of weeks that I've registered a SnG that doesn't pop up when it starts. When you play 6+ SnG's at a time and have SnG registrations open on the side, you're gonna end up having some SnG registrations stacked up. The alarm bell won't ring anymore after you sit out as well - you won't notice it's an alarm bell from an invisible table anyway when you're playing 6+ SnG's at a time - meaning if you miss the start of the SnG, you're likely ****ed and won't know it's running. When this happens, the only time the window actually pops up is when you've completely blinded down and are notified that you're eliminated from the SnG.
I've seen multiple other multi-tabling regs completely blind down from starting stack to zero as well, even though they're playing on the other tables we're both seated at.
Why the hell does the SnG window sometimes pop up like it should and sometimes stay stuck behind other SnG registrations without popping up? I probably lost around €300,- in equity this month just because of this. Could you please figure out how to fix this? I've observed that I'm not the only reg that is blinding down without noticing in a SnG from time to time, so it seems like something you'll need to look into.

- In one €50,- 5-max SnG that I registered today, the screen was literally still showing that one more player needed to register, while the SnG had already started. At one point, I noticed that I was notified in the top of the window of that SnG that the blinds were going up. I figured it was a weird glitch, since the SnG still showed it was open for registration and needed one more player to register. Low and behold, half an hour later or so that SnG window changes to the elimination screen to notify me I've dumped another €50,- into oblivion for absolutely no reason. The SnG literally started while showing the registration screen from beginning 'till end.

I feel like I should be refunded somehow for the above problems, but that's gonna be difficult as I haven't been running any OBS recordings this month that can show how bad a problem this can become when you play a lot of volume. It's difficult to track which SnG's I'm talking about as well, as you don't allow third party software to track results/individual games. Can you offer me a suggestion how to look into this and/or how to arrange a partial or full refund? Especially for the latter SnG I described. I don't know how you can track back in which SnG that happened, but that was so ridiculous that I actually cut my session short by three hours because I was so tilted by it.
Let me know if we can work something out.

All three times, I never received anything. Therefor I'd like to request my SnG statistics for the month here. Could you please sent me the standard Excel sheet with the data per day of Octobre 2020 and the separate Excel sheet that shows the data of every single SnG?

To not completely overwhelm the Uni reps, I have a separate question to the Uni players that sometimes request their Sit & Go data.
How are tickets that you've purchased in the bonus shop integrated into the data? Do they show up as a standard buy-in, or do they register as a free buy-in?
Especially after all the bonus point rewards for finishing high on the SnG leaderboard this month, this will obviously make quite a difference in the overall results. I haven't got a clue how this is registered in the SnG statistics that you can request from Unibet.

Both of the issues you mentioned have been raised and I believe are resolved in the next release.

If you can provide me with any rough times/dates/stakes of when you had either of the issues it'll speed up the refund process. This goes for anyone else that has experienced this issue in the last month or so as well, times/dates/stakes and table aliases and I can look into them all in the latter part of the week.

In terms of reporting, the financial report CS normally give players a daily breakdown of all games played, not split by stake. They'd have to run separate reports for each stake which they don't normally do. We can also run a game history report which will give you the results of each SNG that you can filter by stake yourself but will not include rake paid.

I think some of the agents can get confused by results meaning a financial breakdown and actual finishing places in games and they're only aware at present of the financial side. I'm working on changing that so they ask you which you want and can generate the correct report.

Hello, I had 2 25e tickets and won a sat for Ice Giant yesterday. When I reged the MTT it took out one of the 25e tickets instead of the Ice G one. I was planning on keeping the tickets for UOS 10. Could you please exchange the Ice Giant ticket I have in my account for a generic 25e one? Nick: DarwinJr

Yesterday I discovered a bug on mobile. When I press fold to any bet while holding my phone horizontal, and than turn my phone vertical, the fold to any bet button is not selected anymore.

The hexapro promo is probably lasting till end of the year in this pace btw

All going well, the 17th of November at some point. Client release with table cap is scheduled for then and then the web team on Unibet side need to remove the block on login and everything should be back to normal.

Reminder, I'm not German
If you're German, you'll be able to use the desktop client with a 4 table cap.
If you've non-German but affected by the block just now, you'll be able to play the desktop client as normal.

The web/mobile clients have a 4-table cap for all players, by design, so disabling the desktop client was the easiest way to implement a cap for German players without stopping them playing completely.

These have been sent now. Based on the notes on your account I think you'll already have the financial report so added the game history report as requested.

Relax are working on generating a report of all the games you were registered in that you couldn't play so if you can bear with me a little longer I'll get a refund processed as soon as I have it.

Love the software, think new promos, and missions have too low prizes.

Sorry this comes as 2 messages, since i do not know how to edit posts.

Low prizes i would like to see change, flop race, i grinded for a lot cash games 1 week.
And it would took me 4hours more gaming to get into 2.5e prize.
Havent been taking a part in flop races after that, and did not even bother, since 2.5e.

And challenge system, me thinks, when you advance, it should stay same, or get better, but not worse. on 12500p-15000p after that.

Thank you for having this thread, these are my feedbacks, and i would surely play more on your software, if you would make changes in these things.

Was the sng leaderboards only a special promotion for October, or are they still running? I had a quick look on the webpage and it indicates the only promotion running currently is the cashgame leaderboard and the mtt of the year thing - is that correct?

There were some intermittent Unibet site issues yesterday. As a general rule of thumb, if you experience issues in the client before seeing the lobby load (White screen related stuff) then it's probably going to be a site issue rather than a client issue.
