The replay-icon is most of the time not even there. When its there it works fine. Playing on an iPad most of the time.

In the lobby of the 2-day UOS event it says that day 2 is played on September 21. Assuming this is inaccurate, could you please tell me when it is really played?

I've not heard anyone mention the replayer icon not showing before. Are you playing 4 tables a lot? Do you switch between landscape and portrait? NLHE or PLO or both?

For the cash lobby, do you mean the number in the pool doesn't appear to be updating or something else?

The replayer isn't available when you play 4 tables on a mobile as the replayer takes the space of a table tab. So the icon only shows when you play 3 tables or less. Bit daft but I can understand the programming logistics of it.

@Unibet, You guys do realize that you're being screwed for 100's of euros a day right?

The cap is in place so that the hand widget will fit on mobile screens. If we allowed a 5th space for a replayer players would ask why they can't get a 5th table in there and we'd be in the same position.

You're going to have to be a little more specific. Is this related to the poker product specifically or Unibet as a whole?

Had more chance to play the new client recently.

In the flips thing there is a loudspeaker icon at top-right which toggles as crossed out if we click it. The sound is on when the speaker is crossed out and off when the speaker is not crossed out.

I suppose someone was thinking "click the crossed-out speaker to turn the sound off" but that's the opposite of current design conventions e.g. on youtube where similar buttons display current status, not what happens when you click.

Also with table tiling, if we set e.g. 2x2, if a fifth table opens it is huge and in the middle over all the others. It would be better if it was the same size and just repeated the previous stacking pattern. (Also this would allow people to stack by setting a 1x1 tiling pattern).

Just playing around, I think the 1x1 case actually does work for stacking - new tables were the same size and placed on top of the other ones.

I'm getting used to the menu a bit more than before. In terms of design I'd prefer more words because a lot of these euroglyphics don't mean anything to me - for example why do some of the tournaments have those army dog-tags next to the names in the list? If would be good if there it showed more information when you hover over something with the mouse (aka a tooltip or hint).

I had some performance issues on my old computer. What kind of specs are people using / are recommended?

The loudspeaker icon issue makes sense to me, will pass it on.

I can recreate that tiling issues as well so get that reported.

The "dog tags" are supposed to look like tickets to show you that you can enter with a ticket. I said they looked like dog tags too in beta . I will suggest it gets changed but I doubt it'll be high priority.

There is a legend for the main MTT lobby that can be opened by clicking on the /\ bottom right of the client. Tooltips/legend for the individual lobbies should be coming at some point.

Spec shouldn't have changed since v2 but in general the client is a bit GPU heavy so always best to check drivers are up to date.

I think you have to improve the visibility of the 'attention markers' - I don't really know how to call these tbh - the green dots that get used now to draw your attention to an icon to say there is something new going on. Like now with 31 days of Christmas you get the green dot on the present icon telling you there is a new daily mission but I think it could be done with something better visible.

Same for messages where you have to click on the hamburger menu (3 lines in the top left corner) before you even see the green dot on the messages tab.

Maybe a yellow frame around the tab or a yellow exclamation mark would draw more attention to it. The green dot also blends in too much with the entire theme of the client. Just my 2 cents

Maybe I am blind, but is there no option anymore (played only the old client before) to sit out at cash tables?
I played 3 hexa yesterday and added one CG table, but there was no way to sit out at next big blind or sit out in general so I was forced to shut down the table manually.

From Germany btw., maybe part of the regulations.

I'll pass the feedback on. I agree they could be highlighted a little better, especially the messages.

The X icon, top right on the table, has all the sit out option. It's not a very obvious icon choice

Good that would help a bit. You learn almost subliminally your way round a program as your mouse goes over these on its way somewhere else.

What was the spec for version 2?

Also interested in what other people have found is enough from practical experience - either just to play or also for playing plus e.g. youtube background music.

These are the rough specs for the client. Windows 10 is the only version supported at this point. I'd look at task manager mid session and see what programs are using the most resources. You might find Chrome/Firefox is doing more damage than the client.

Happens from time to time that you just autofold your hand the second it's dealt - this is during Sit & Go's - whilst not being timed out.
Something to look into for sure.

Can you provide any examples of this happening? Table alias and rough date/time and stakes would be helpful.

I'll record my next session and will provide examples if it happens again.
