Hi,

In the old client you could top up in cash games during the hand after every action where you put money in the pot, as long as your stack was under 100bb. After the update, you can only top up once during the hand, and then reloading gets locked down.

eg. you start the hand with 100bb, call 3bb preflop, and right thereafter choose to add 3bb chips to get back to 100bb. If you proceed to lose, say 50bb total in the hand, you can't choose to reload back to 100bb on any later street, but you're forced to start the following hand with 53bb, because you already used your top-up option after the preflop call. In the old client, after every action that you put money in the pot, you could top up the lacking part of your stack to get to 100bb, and then do it again on the next street, and so on. Could add this into the list of fixes, as I don't see this as anything but an unintentional bug, and not benefitting anybody?

I don't understand why some sites don't have an auto-rebuy option. Maybe I'm missing something, is there some strong reason to not have an auto-rebuy function?

Ubs statement is that it makes it easier to spot the regs / recs because recs don't use autorebuys.

That's been my assumption as well. Manual is fine, just wish it gets back to being dynamic during the hand.

To be fair it is quite annoying you put the standard deviation for the Hexapromo so low, that when a jackpot hits within 10000 games, the counter still ends at 0 before it hits.

It is also the reason this promo is taking this long and on for months now. Everyone knows the jackpot isnt going to hit when the counter is still above 1000 games.....

The JP game did not trigger yesterday, we had to manually skip it. Compensation given is detailed in the community thread below.

Yes, the release on the 17th will include a table cap for DE players on the desktop client so that they can access it again.

Release notes for November release are below. We've squashed some of the big bugs like the SNG/Hexapro launch issues and the payout projections not showing. Everything i now confirmed ready for DE player to return to the desktop client, with the 4 table cap, and for the Austrian and Swiss players caught up in the block to return to the uncapped client they had access to before.

Downtime as always will be early morning on the 17th with a staggered rollout of clients to ensure there are no issues.

If it's going to happen it's going to require some dev time and we don't have any of that free for quite some time due to other priorities. You can export single hands via the History tab but I wouldn't expect any version of downloadable HH for quite some time.

Is there something funny with cashouts lately? All my debit card withdrawals this year have been superfast, it takes 2 hrs to get approved then it shows up on my card instantly. But my last one was on thursday and I still haven't received anything. I made another one on friday and then again on monday but nothing, even though they were all approved in 2hrs as usual. Anyone else had this lately or is it smth with my bank?

Glad to hear players are enjoying it. Hopefully for anyone not enjoying it we'll have a setting to turn off the notifications added in the next release.

Will leave most of the discussion on this to your community thread. I will say that almost daily there is an issue with a bank or payment processor somewhere in the world that causes degradation in deposits/withdrawals for some players. It's almost always out of our hands and I wouldn't expect there is any intentional slow down in payments.
