Question : is there a way to look into the leaderboards when in the client without playing??? The leaderboards (of the Flop Race) are not listed in the leaderboards of the Unibet.com site and it seems odd to have to join a 4NL table (when I don't feel like playing) just to check out the standings... I must be doing something wrong, right

When we are at it, any plans on adding more stakes to banzai poker? Really think that 2NL would be stake that would fit a lot of your players bankrolls. Even if 1 directely is equivalent to NL10 100bb it runs and feels lower cause of the low standard deviation.

Also (primararly because of selfish reason) a Banzai NL10 would be nice, if you grind NL5 as I do its basically impossible to go from there to NL20, the leap is just too big. Ofc I can and do grind other games but I hope you guys still get my reasoning. And finally wouldnt a Banzai40/50 be pretty cool? From what Ive seen NL20 is the game with the most traction of the three stakes, which makes the argument for bigger stakes to get traction aswell.

I won a bet but it's closed as a loss. Correct this pls asap.

I haven't played these stakes for a while as I've been too busy and I had to make some withdrawals so I'm not rolled for it at the moment.

In addition to the points already made, the fact the stake exists also gives people something to shoot for - so it has some kind of an effect at the lower levels too.

Edit: Leaderboards are also available on the promo pages and the generic leaderboard page (currently being updated) on the Unibet website.

This feels like a Stubbe question but I'd assume we just wouldn't have the liquidity to run more Banzai stakes.

No extension on the freeroll ticket unfortunately. The freerolls are only for players that reach the challenge point threshold in that quarter.

Are you in Austria? If so, your login is routed through unibet.de and that has the desktop client blocked until we can get a 4 table cap version released. Web client will work.

While I suggest you contact CS regarding the address change and things I'm pretty sure it won't change this particular issue. When you log into the poker client it's basically you logging into the unibet website and because some Austrian traffic is routed via the German Unibet sites it's going to block your access.

Stubbe will be able to confirm but I believe there is nothing we can do until the .de client is ready.

Why would I need to use the DE client? I am not German. I don't live in Germany.

You won't need to use the .de client when it is ready as far as I'm aware. At that point, when you log in, the desktop block will not be in place and only DE registered players will have the 4 table cap and panic button required by the regulators.

You're seeing the message because you're logging into your account via a DE domain (as .at just redirects to de.unibet.com). Anyone that logs in via that route will get the message the desktop client is blocked. We need to block the desktop client for DE because it doesn't have a 4 table cap, the web and mobile clients do. It was the quickest way to get in line with the new regulations.

I appreciate it will be annoying if you play more than 4 tables or just prefer the desktop client but we don't have any alternative at present. We also don't have an ETA on the .de version of the client.

For CS, just go to the "Get help" (top right of main site), pick pretty much any question and then contact us should appear under the answer.

You can still use the web client and play 4 tables.

A decision to redirect all the AT traffic through a different domain is a decision the poker team can make and I doubt the loss of revenue would warrant the work required for what should hopefully be a short period.

Not sure why UK players shouldn't be allowed to play because US banned interstate gambling transactions years ago.

Just to clarify; there's no German client as such, it's all the same software.

In case it isn't obvious: this isn't exactly our preferred solution but what we could have in place with extremely short notice.

When the proper table limit is introduced, it'll only affect German customers.

So long as the software does not interact with the Unibet client in any way you are fine.

Yes, as soon as the table cap function for DE is ready you'll be able to use the desktop client as normal. The thing stopping you playing at the moment is a block on the .de website when you log-in, regardless of where you're actually registered from, which is why AU players are getting caught by it. Once the client is ready it will look at your registered country and cap the tables for DE players.

I'm not going to pretend I know how easy/hard it would be to redirect Austrian players to a different domain but even if that part is simple there may be regulatory issues that would not make it possible. Also, we're talking about redirecting ALL Austrian customers, sportsbook, casino, the lot, to a different domain, not just poker. The log-in screen you see in the client is the same as any Austrian customer gets when they log into the main Unibet site, just looks a little different.
