I don't typically have any disconnection problems on PartyPoker ever... until the past few days (just happened again today a few moments ago... when tables came back I was sitting in a different seat on one of them & 60bb's missing from my stack. Two hands later & it re-adjusted, had me back in right seat & bb's returned to my stack). Kinda messed with my head & decided to shut it down for the day. yesman123, wow sick man i hope u get some sort of compo. How is this site still running ?? oh yeh cos its corrupt and not returning peoples money. And whats more they cant even improve their infrastructure to any sort of acceptable level....

Doesnt give me much hope for any sort of compensation for the ordeal i have gone through after having been called a liar from the disconnection i experienced on Monday 16th Feb UKPC online day 1. Joke site and joke customer service, my thoughts are with Colette for assisting with so many bad experiences. I hope the management take note of this forum, and dont show the same ignorance they do to their email complaints.

But You still have the issue when I am playing, and I see adverts about the next tournaments the client is freezing and I need to restart the client. I have this issue since a month I think. Sometimes I need to restart the client more than 10 times in a long session

i got 2 emails an hour ago, that someone requested a one time security code, while i was still in bed. anyone else had this? i don't know how anyone could have hacked the pw because it is a combination of letters and numbers. i will change my pw immedeatly of course

You still haven't addressed this one question.

Why won't you disable the MTT ad popups until the problem is fixed?

The answer can't be that you are all sorry and know how frustrating it is and how it is your team's priority when it's been 4 months.

Another annoying thing is when you get disconnected by the pop-ups you also get the double whammy of getting booted off all waitlists which when you are competing against scripters for good tables adds to the frustration.
