I can't speak of crashes because fortunately I don't have them but I confirm that the above is also true when disconnects happen. Every time I requested hand histories for hands played during the disconnects they had the same kind of errors in them that yesman described below.

The reason is that there are actions missing. You raising and calling your own bet is when someone else minraises but their action is missing from the HH. You betting and folding to no further action means someone raised your bet but again, their action is missing.
In addition to this type of errors there is another one: when a player has a screenname that includes a space, these corrupt hand histories are missing the part of their screenname that comes after the space.
All in all, this is a clear proof that the disconnects are caused by the Party servers' malfunctioning but of course we've been told again and again that the problems are on our end.
