Hi. Today In the scratch card promotion, I got the 20% deposit bonus for casino. I deposited 50 bucks, and got 10$ of casino bonus. I quickly lost the 10$, and wanted to withdraw the 50$, but for some reason it's listed as a bonus money. Do I have to wager over 2000$ in order to withdraw that money?

You can try to forfeit the bonus, it should take another $10 off your balance and leave you with $40 cash. Consider it a cheap lesson, casino bonuses are never worth it.

tbh 6 hours ago I received ~10 SMS via smartphone with security codes. the funny thing is that all the time I requested a code via software last month (because my security token wasnt at hand) I didnt receice anything ...

I just received bonus offer LIVE50 which required a $50 deposit and the bonus is matched for use in live dealer casino games only. Those $100 (50 deposit + 50 bonus) are now in my restricted balance. When I sit at the table my entire balance is placed there, I can't take just the restricted amount. If I lose $100 at the tables, will that be taken from the restricted balance or from the rest of my money? And if I lose $100 will another $50 be taken from me when the bonus expires?

Even if you lose the $10 -which comes out of his deposit first the deposit is still restricted.* If you drop the bonus, you will lose just the bonus money left and keep the deposit amount - but it will now be $40. Hope thats clear.

Haven't had any issues with HHs so don't know but auto-post is greyed out because all blinds are posted automatically these days.

I really have problems with gambling in tournaments and I really suffer from that, though Im doing well in cash and I love it.
I know about deposit limits and self-exclusion features, but they doesn't allow to block only tournaments like PS or FT does.

So Im asking you, Colette, for help.
1. Mae be you can solve this just for my screenname fast, as an exception?
2. And I think many other recreational players will be thankful if Party software or support will develop and introduce this feature.

I can't speak of crashes because fortunately I don't have them but I confirm that the above is also true when disconnects happen. Every time I requested hand histories for hands played during the disconnects they had the same kind of errors in them that yesman described below.
The reason is that there are actions missing. You raising and calling your own bet is when someone else minraises but their action is missing from the HH. You betting and folding to no further action means someone raised your bet but again, their action is missing.
In addition to this type of errors there is another one: when a player has a screenname that includes a space, these corrupt hand histories are missing the part of their screenname that comes after the space.

All in all, this is a clear proof that the disconnects are caused by the Party servers' malfunctioning but of course we've been told again and again that the problems are on our end.
