As I PMed to YSS, Party's Official Thread is not the place to organise a sitout there.

I thought this would be obvious to all.

OK, thanks.

Any further chat about the intended sitout can take place in its thread. Posts about it in this thread will be deleted.

Just saw this on BBC website about Romanians hacking:

"Romania has gained increasing notoriety as a hub for cybercrime.

A report from technology magazine Wired detailed a village dubbed "Hackerville" by locals - where cybercriminals are said to learn their craft at an early age."

Mine freezes a lot when i have the lobby on mtt view.
Least lag when i have lobby on cash/plo/nanostake/empty tables on top of list mode.
It seems to have something to do with refreshing.

Hope it helps a bit. (btw i also hope you got rid of vista)

Absolut unplayable for me. Lobby freezes all the time. I can't even get in a game without lots of patience...
If I'm in a game and click the lobby the whole software freezes and the only way to escape is ctrl + alt + del...

Instant Play (no-download) via the web browser seems to now require a version of Java that is above v6.26 !?

Say it ain't so, Party Rep!

Because if it is the way it's going to be going into the future, at the very least you should update your requirements listed here:
http://www.partypoker.com/contact-us...tant-play.html

However :crossedFingers: I would really like to hear from you (or your technical expert you can ask) that your web browser interface actually still works with Java 6 Update 26 (which is what I am stuck with using on my locked-down work PC )

Unless of course the error message I am seeing today ("Sorry, you need to update your version of Java to play at partypoker.") is just the result of a glitch in some recent unnecessary change to the "Java version check" code (if so, please REVERT to the code from a week or two ago, that worked fine)

It's their "bought and paid for" thread. How they choose to use it is up to them.

Yeah, it's gotta be Party messing up one of the few remaining things that was working pretty much decently.

Cuz I just checked at my home PC, which is Windows 7 with Java 7.25, and the same "your Java version is out of date" BS error message. "out of date" eh? I just updated it THIS WEEK.

Please FIX THIS, Party Techs...

When I minimize tables the font is so small that I cant actually see the stack sizes. Is there any options like the "Larger fonts on small tables" for party like they have on stars?

Client frozen for anyone? 2nd time in 2 days for me.

i don't think they happen same time for everyone.

one thing you can do is select as few game types as possible in the lobby. that makes the lobby load less stuff which causes some of the freezing

But anyway i was checking WPT for lag on that skin, seems ok. No lag when going through lobby tabs.
BUT
Party and bwin lobby i can immediately see the program lag build up the screen when switching tabs. (bad programming causes this)

Can understand your frustration. I'd just turned a set v a floaty/aggro reg and was about to c/r allin when it froze. Think my kids have picked up a new swear word from their daddy today!!
I've since written an email to VIP asking for a refund and pointing them to this thread. I'm refusing to send them my PC spec which of course they asked for as we all know its a Party software issue.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give this a whirl. How do I delete the registry, any software you'd recommend? If I tried it myself I'm certain it would go horribly wrong. lol

I did it more than once Moreover I separate the issue send even them recording that it is party poker that crashes (turned off HM2,party caption etc.). Lost at least 200-300$ thanks to that not to mention missed opportunity but hey it is Party Poker so it is still my fault and I won't get any refund right??
Sent them recorder video with the issue, etc. all the data I had. People even here are reporting the freezing issue for at least a week or so (2 weeks if we count the lobby freezing problem as the same not separate issue) and it is still there...

Not to mention that I wait for 5 days for my cashout when I cashed out most of my roll and for which I paid the ****ing 3 % to get it on skrill but hey!!! they are sorry .
I will get it when I get it should be happy that I have opportunity to get it (being the shameless winning player myself)
At least in the other thread Jeffrey said how happy he is that they substancially improved the communication between them and players.

If I wasn't a victim of the bwin.party ******s myself I would laughing out loud how self-delusioned these clowns are.
