We would like to sincerely apologise for last night’s system downtime. This seems to have been caused by issues with a routine update to the software this week and is under*investigation by our*technical teams.

Until the underlying problem is solved we have taken the*decision to reverse this update to ensure that everyone has a smooth $5 million GTD Powerfest over the next 4 weeks.

Guys, sorry for clogging this thread, just wanted to ask... I was under the impression that this promo runs for 31 days? Party got back to me and said that because I took a day off on 7th Feb the fact that I couldn't make 500 pts was moot, because it was only a 30 day promo

It says on the website - "Running from February 1 through to March 2, 2016".

Anyone else under the same impression?

Maybe they forgot that this is a leap year.

Hi, Colette! Thank you very much for help. 3 days after your reply Party sent money from my account to skrill, you maybe saved me another month free of nervous letters and calls to support.
But Account is still blocked and guy from live chat said, they are not going to unlock me. The dialogue was:
-Hi, what is the status of my account now? How long are you going to keep
me blocked? Forever?
-Sorry, sir. We are not going to unlock you. I am really sorry.
-But what is the reason?!
-Security reasons.
What's the hell is this? I want to play on Partypoker, all my friends play there, why i can't? Because I am Russian? Because I am regular and winning player? This is discrimination. I sincerely ask you to find out something, it is just friendly request here. But If it will not work out, i go further to more serious instances.
