What is the solution then? Cause you realize, tables filling up fast is predatory and if this isn't the solution then the next thing party will do is completely remove any waitlist/table selection. There needs to be a happy medium.

I noticed a big difference between party points and HM2 rake.
How Party Poker's rake is calculated in cash tables?

HM2 counts rake wrong for Party at the moment. It shows as dealt rake while Party uses contributed rake.

Hi,

There seems to be a bug for the last week or so on the casual cash tables; there is almost always one seat "reserved", so that if you look at the lobby all tables have 5/6 seats filled but if you try to join those table you cant as the 1 seat is indefinitely reserved.

I am aware we are the same company - however, as I have explained previously - the bwin poker is ran by a separate management team and poker team - this is why the loyalty store and the promotions differ. The tournament offering is also different in some aspects. bwin and party also have two different CS teams to deal player issues

I would imagine having two Fraud/Game integrity departments hunting down bots and fraudsters on one network, they shouldnt need players to do the work themselves. Fortunately having HUDs to help with that (for now).

Another question arises when you look at how bwin Promo team and CS team work. Could you discontinue those inefficient departments to cut costs and decrease rake maybe?

I dont care how greedy capitalist managements think. I only see bwin buys partypoker and make it 1 company. Now they split it up and say they are not the same to screw their costumers over and over again.

Yeah thats the reason for companys to go together. Be more cost efficient.
But bwin doesnt care.
They just cut the rakeback and melk their costumers to cover these costs.
But what do i say. Other poker companys aren't better.
