Vas,

Please make it possible to disable the annoying tournament announcement pop-ups. No other site forces them like this. You can see how many are against it here. They also cause a lot of software problems and unless you keep your tables at default size, the announcements block important info at the table (have you even tested them with smaller size table?)

And yes, something changed with the fonts with the last update. Why was that?

Yes, omg, please make it so we can opt out of having that mtt pop up, it freezes sometimes and cant see the stacks and stuff when i play like 16 tables tilts me out of my mind.

Also to the arrogant guy who sais buy better pc etc because of the lag - its my 3rd 2k$ + laptop/desktop and it lagged on all of them. Lag only starts about after say 2-3 hours of 12+ tabling. If i 6 table theres no lag.

Hi all,

Two quick announcements –

The “500K “ $10 qualifier entry bonus which was targeted to all has now been removed. We will obviously give you a chance to claim this entry as soon as we send out the respective promotional mailers to all our players.

We have also noticed a small group of players, some of which in this thread, have come across an issue in our “Summer of Grind” promotion. We will be reviewing this on the 1st of September after the promotion is over and will be doublechecking and verifying hand counts for all retroactively. In case any hands have been missed, we will adjust these and obviously everyone will win the prize they’re entitled to. If any of you need to verify your hands count, please PM me your screen name so we can try and fasttrack that, but please do keep in mind there will be a bit of a delay before we get these confirmed from our tech teams.

Either you are sitting smack on top of your own server in Costa Rica, or you play 4 tables max .... Or both

Please don't take a two year break and then come on here completely uninformed and tell us all to stfu about lag/disconnects/freezes/crashes.

I assure you it's a real issue that affects most players across all skins, and needs to be dealt with.

.... Also a big +1 to being able to opt out of tourny notification pop ups !

Guys, just tried FastForward for the 1st time. It doesn't put me in my preferred 6max seat for some reason (so my HUD is in the wrong place and EZcash doesn't work). Cant figure out how to resolve this, anyone else encounter this problem and knows how to fix it?

PP has caused this error. PP is responsible. Please correct this error immediately (correct count in the mission). It is unreasonable to expect the customer to wait until the end of the promotion.

it's obvious for me that PartyPoker know about this bug but they don't know how to repair this for every account at once. That's why they can't admit that smth was wrong. If they admit that counting was incorrect on your or my account is thus admit that the calculation could be wrong on all accounts.

Once upon a time my hole cards would change, it was a crazy bug that probably cost me 5k. And they refused to admit it, but eventually they did fix it and send me some refunds.
