I think you should try turning off the HUD first while keeping the auto-import running. That will tell you whether it's a graphics problem or a site problem and besides, since PT keeps on improrting, it's easier to turn on back again.
If it's graphics btw, you should really look for a great video card.

Thanks for the HUD suggestion. Stopping the PT3 HUD did help with the lag. I don't think it's a graphics problem as I have a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 on my laptop. I think all the processing of stats for multiple HUDs/tables may contribute to the lag, especially since I have some custom stats.

Is Party crashing for anyone atm?

Was playing cash as well as MTTs on Stars and suddenly 6 of the 8 cash tables lost connection and eventually closed. A couple kept running and there was no problem at all with the tables on Stars.

Was able to load lobby and join other tables and then about 20 mins. later the same thing happened. Have given up.

Is there a way to separate out stats on PP? I recently found the stats info and noticed it included all the play money games I played before depositing.
So I reset, but I might use play money in future when trying out different limits, etc.
Plus, it doesn't differentiate flhe or nlhe?
I know, get HEM or PT, but I haven't

So, today i was closing a couple of tables and instead of closing my table, it closed the whole Party client with all the other tables. Happened like 2-3 times.

Anybody had this problem?

Whats the max acheivable cash back for a Fr player who rakes about 1k/mo including reload bonuses and special promotions. I'm just looking for a fallback for when BWin sells on game.

probably 50% or so^ (30% for the palladium if you can hit it bonus, 20k pts, ~13% promos and a bit more for reloads etc)

I made a test on my new PC: Open 18 active tables. PT3 with autoimporting, all animations and sounds were ON. Lobby was restored. After 2 hours - everything is flying !!!! Was waiting 7 mounths for that feeling !!!!!

We check the matter with our technical department and they require the following details in order to investigate your issue:

What is your Operation System version

exact software installation location

exact size of his PartyPoker folder

We suspect that you have the PGR folder created within the PartyPoker folder/directory so if you have that folder the please delete it.

Please, be advised that the PGR folder is used as a diagnostic tool by us in some cases when the performance of our software at your end is not as expected. It has the properties of collating information about the software behaviour, error reports and other important analytical data which can further be used by us to identify a possible misconfiguration or malfunction of your PartyPoker software.

In your case, I can guess this additional folder has been created long back and due to some reason hasn't been removed automatically with the software updates after that. Existing there, it continued to collate information about the software performance for some time, hence its size. This folder is not supposed to exist in your PartyPoker folder for a prolonged period of time as it could and will slow down the overall performance due to its size.

I hope you would now be able to enjoy the games without any issues. Still, if you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us back.

I really doubt it's the hardware but maybe it works for PT3

I used HEM on my laptop which is a toshiba qosmio x770 and also my computer with a x4 2,90, 12 gb of ram , 6870 and both lag like hell after around 1.5 hours.

Maybe pt3 takes less ressources but anyways, I still don't understand why party rep isn't here to send our problems to the managers of partypoker...

maybe u should try trial version of PT3. Just to test, and see what happens...

without testing u never locate the problem.

P.S. The huge difference with my old PC is CPU. I think it helps to play normally right now. Before i had ASUS Laptop 17" with 4GB RAM and Turion CP7 CPU.

Now i have big table PC with this CPU:
CPUCI7 3400/8M S1155 BX/2600K BX80623I72600K S R00C IN

And not even 12gb RAM, only 8. And everything is flying today. Party was opened today like 10 hrs with PT3 and auto-importing.

What kind of CPU is that, e.g., Intel quad core i7? Does your new desktop PC have a solid state drive? I'm planning to buy a new desktop with fast SSD with at least 120 GB, 8 GB RAM and Intel quad core. Hopefully, this $2,000+ expense will fix PartyPoker's constant lags.

I am seriously considering moving a portion of my roll from stars to party to get more heads up action. Looking for some info considering party poker bonuses, traffic and vip system. Is the party points system worth it? Are there many fish? How are the MTTs and money withdrawals? Please looking for lil basic stuff here :]

HU traffic is bad but I think that's everywhere? Right now at 200NL like 100 tables open with 1 sitting and 3 tables actually running.

Partypoints are worth 30% rakeback if you rake around 4,5k/3 months. There are other promotions and stuff though. Think my rakeback was around 45% last year.

Never heard of fish playing poker but I might just not spot them in the first half hour.

MTT's are just like on any other site, you play a few hours and then you lose a coinflip.

Money withdrawals are really fast.

i'd say if u can maintain palladium vip on there ($50 rake/day), it's worth it. rakeback (rewards from bonuses and promos) is too low otherwise
