God dammit. I am the chip leader in a MAJOR. My table was closed and I cannot log in again. I've tried rebooting, reopening Party. I am at the lobby but I can't get the login screen to open.

Login screen is back, pressing sign in, no luck being in yet though. Will be up and running in a few mins i guess.

Refunding my buy-in won't cut it. I was the chip leader for the last hour by a very large margin. Your technical problems have cost me a lot of money.

I am able to log in now but my tourny table didn't auto open and I cannot open the table manually becasue the list of tournys won't open in the lobby. Meanwhile my chip stack is being decimated by whoever is still at the table.

Apologies to everyone who's been affected by the current technical issues. I can't give any information about refunds at the moment but will update you as and when I can.


Those MTTs start at 14:00-15:00 ET, not 03:00 ET.

I was coming 1 of 62 with 72 paid in a 4k GTD, feeling the win and bam! bitch went down. Again!

According to this I might get a fair return for being chip leader, that's if tech team are able to work out the exact chip stacks of the remaining players.

I use fast bank transfer, they just said wait until 10 business days (tomorrow) but it's never taken more than 3.

Are you assuming this instead of the tournament totally crashing and no chips being moved round at all, which is what I think happened,

Unfortunately, I don't think that is what happened. I clicked "away" to sit out while I went to the toilet. I came back 2 minute later and PartyPoker had closed my table. I was unable to get back to the table because I couldn't get the tourny list to load. I think that the other were still playing and carving up my chips because they didn't sit out and were not kicked off the table.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I was short stacked and close to the bubble when my table suddenly disappeared. I couldn't find the tourny lobby to get back to my table so I gave up and took the loss. I didn't realize that this was happening every day. If I had known this was an ongoing problem, I wouldn't have bought into the 3 tournys I bought into today. Thanks for NOT warning me PartyPoker. Did you attend the Howard Lederer school of business?

How this network is still in pokerscout's top 5 is beyond me.

very impressed with the refunds....i had a little under starting stack in both tournaments(didnt play a hand) and got refunded about 3 times the buy in.....if party would dc every day and do that id have no problem

I got refunded 106 bucks which was like 5th place money.

Can you tell me please, is this the end of the problem or will there be more of these incidents? I'd like to know because I plan to play a few majors every day and I'm a bit afraid to buy in if it's going to happen again.

The download link on Partypoker.com does not work in firefox , It worked in chrome, but once downloaded, I still receive the blank log on screen error
