[Intertops Poker] Ex-Official Support & Promotions Thread - Page 96 - Online Poker Sites -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I sent them all the info above with my win and tourney info etc and they replied with this:

I won tourney#13254276 for $733 and it was credited.

I also won tourney#13260504 for $1047 and it has NOT been credited as well as I do not think my 35th place finish in the Sunday $11/10k was not credited.

again, PLEASE HELP.

Hope this gets straightened out soon for you Rod.Surely 24 hours will be more than a sufficient time frame for everything to be corrected with your account balance.Nice double binkage btw!

The amount available when I click cashier in the poker software is less then what it should be. When I log into the bet history section at the intertops website, it displays the correct final balance.

You can get your poker limits raised by calling them, or talking to chat support. Just request that they raise your "poker table limits"

Got this email saying they know I won the tourney and did not get the money and that I would be getting it. This was 8 hours ago and still not is cashier, hoping by tomorrow morning...

it's simple, that system was designed to maintain Intertops' u.s. player base at a certain level, and to limit their exposure and risk, but b/c of idiots discussing this hush hush option on public forums, and poachers going after random 2p2ers who wanted an account, the level where Intertops wanted to stay at became compromised.

Is anyone having an issue on the revolution network or inter? PLO games aren't working, when I try to sit on a table above .02/.04, it gives me the message "generic error". There are also no PLO games running above .05/.10 which is very strange. However Holdthem games are running and I can sit at those.. weird.

Glad it's not just me, I spoke w support and they said they are forwarding the problem to network administrator which is lock right? It's been having issues the past few days, but have been very brief and as far as I know, haven't occurred in the manner they are with only PLO games being impacted. Hopefully it comes back soon, keep me posted if anything changes for you, will do same.
