I just moved to Intertops after hearing nothing but good things. I'm happy to start playing here.

My one question, however, is what happens to intertops is LOCK fails. I'm not saying they are going to at all, but its no secret there are major issues at lock right now. If LOCK does go under, does revolution network stay afloat?

My poker client cashier is missing $$.

The main webpage cashier has the correct balance, but when I want to buy in at a table, it says I only have ~80% of the correct balance.

Is this a glitch?

Nope, standard.

You need to raise your Poker Table Limits. Contact support, give them your username (login) and politely ask them to up your "Poker Table Limits"
Should only take you a few minutes.

There is a better more detailed way to see how much you've raked and see your rakeback - I told that guy exactly where and how to find it, but apparently he had trouble.

Open the poker client. Click the big red button that says cashier. Click the "My Profile" tab at the top. Theres 3 tabs that say "Profile Details" "Balances" and "Profile Details". Right below that there should be another link in white letters that say "VIP Status"

Once you click that, you can see hands dealt, hands raked, total rake, entry fees, and earnings which is your 36% rakeback.

How long does it usually take for them to verify your account? I emailed my documents in 48 hours ago and have yet to hear anything back from them. Thanks!

Is there a trick for getting auto top up to work? It's checked and never works at new tables. Sometimes if I uncheck and recheck it it will work at a specific table, but never for all tables.

Also, when I attempt to tile tables they all are stacked in the upper left corner of my monitor. Any help on either issue is much appreciated!

They've been a little slower than usual this week. Most of the time, same day... though the email confirming this tends to lag behind a bit.

I had my limits set at $200 yesterday and now my playable amount is less than that.

How do I add money from my balance to the playable amount?

You need to call them and get your poker table limits raised. Every time you buy into a table over the course of a day you will eat into that $200 daily limit.

Yes. You may have more success by filling out the CC authorization forms first and verifying first

1) You need to raise your "Poker Table Limits". Give them a call and remember to be polie when you ask

Simply go to the Intertops poker homepage (www.intertops.eu/poker) and log-in. When logged in click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner and you will be redirected to your sportsbook account (this is your main account for all three Intertops products). You will be able to see four options: Account Balance, Account History, Account Settings and Account Bonus Scheme.

It's no glitch. Read the description for the auto-top up. (It's that text right above where you set your auto-rebuy/top up options.)

"If you do not have enough chips to be dealt cards on the next hand, Auto-rebuy will buy chips to bring you up to the amount you specify below. If your chips fall 10 bb below the amount you specify, Auto-top up will buy chips to bring you back up to the amount you specify below."

The credit card that I have used to deposit with before is no longer working. I assume banks are catching on and just declining all international transactions.

I know what auto top-up is and how it works. There is a glitch, and has been for a very long time. If one is experiencing the problem that CrunchyBlack was experiencing, then the fix, is as I stated, to set it to say 115bb. As you can clearly see, it worked for him and he said thank you

This happens from time to time on all sites. If you don't feel like contacting suppor, it's best to just try a different card, or the same card the next day.

However, if you want it fixed quickly you should try calling Intertops support, they can likely help you out

I just won a ticket to the 20+2 "8k GTD" that runs every sunday. I asked support what the deal is since the 8k had finished registering by the time i won it. THey are telling me my ticket is now only good for the 1500 GTD on monday at 7pm. I mean if I had known that was the case I wouldnt have registered for the tournament cause I cant play on monday night. Your support seems to not understand that I registered for the sattelite thinking I would be able to play tonight and now I cant, and am stuck with this 22$ ticket that is going to expire tomorrow night since I can't play. I know its not such a big deal but just a pain the ass. Any help is appreciated 2p2 intertops support guy.

Nothing would happen to Intertops at since we have our own wallet and the player and affiliate money is seperated from all other skins and network.

Every check I have requested on a Monday has been at my door by thursday. Debit withdraws are usually 48 hrs or less
