Are the network issues with disconnections causing RB and other promotions to be late with payment?

Wrong. I signed up for Intertops. Received a transfer. Sent my Docs for verification. Then got my P2P enabled. All in 48 hours.

The comma made all the difference haha! But let me rephrase, just so everyone will understand.

One can receive P2P without being verified.
One can receive P2P without having P2P enabled themselves.
It is not recommended to play on Intertops without being verified... one's life will be much easier if you do

I'm fairly certain there is only one, offered directly by Intertops itself.

1000ITP

What time is r/b usually paid out on intertops?

It's paid out daily, in $10 chunks. If you fail to clear a $10 chunk, it rolls over to the next day, and the next, until you release it. Thus, every time you rake $27.78, you'll get $10.

If you are asking what time of day RB is paid, it is 11AM EST or 4PM GMT.

On Tuesday I did not receive a payment because sometimes their system lags behind for that but catches up later.

Although I was credited all the FPP for that day as shown on the rewards page, on Wednesday when I checked my FPP history I was credited with about 10% of the points. The history number is what is used for the rake race and it seems the same system is used for RB hence the reason I received no RB for Tuesday. I did receive extra RB today for Wednesday for what I missed for Tuesday.

Cliffs: sometimes RB lags behind and you can see this in the FPP history.

I accidentally registered for the 1am mst $33 turbo rebuy this morning when I meant to register for the $22 2500 freezeout. I immediately pulled support up on live chat, and Pascal told me that I would likely get a refund and not to worry. To ensure my chances of getting a refund, I sat out of the tournament and quickly blinded out. He didn't know much else about the process but said he would forward it to his higher ups, and told me to expect an email from support.

I wake up this morning and there is still no returned money, no email. I called the phone number on the intertops site and the chat host told me that is it policy to never refund tournaments aside from network errors and site freezes.

I know that support works pretty fast so I was surprised to not have an email this morning. Any update would be much appreciated!

Dear Hunter,

We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund you for the Tournament in question as this was not a connection issue.

In the future, we suggest that you contact us for assistance, if you need to un-register from a Tournament.

Thank you for your kind understanding.

Sincerely

Latoya

I understand this is my fault for registering the wrong tournament, but I specifically asked Support Agent Pascal what to do last night while I was still in the tournament. He told me that it would not be a problem to get a refund. Under the assumption I would be refunded, I did what I thought was the most ethical option and blinded out of the tournament sitting out. Why do two support agents give me two different answers to the same question? If it's site policy, why do your support reps not know the policy?

I have had this reoccurring problem for months with over 15 reports of HU super turbos that i did not play a single hand in. I have been emailing and begging intertops to look into it. But as like with every other problem they DO NOT RESPOND! i DO NOT KNOW IF i WILL DEPOSIT ON HERE AGAIN unless that money is recovered or I can be given a good explanation! I have sent in screen shots of the exact same picture and they told me

Dear *****,

Thank you for your e-mail.

As previously advised the issues you experienced were as a result of your computer or connectivity issue on your side, as no other players experienced any issues at that time.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued for the tournament in question.

Feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Thank you for choosing Intertops Poker.

p.s Ive literally lost thousands bc of this issue! please someone help

Intertops doesn't make the software. That's Lock's baby I'm pretty sure now, since they own Revolution.

I do have some advice for you though. Download the original version of the software. That's right, downgrade from the "Cake 2.0" version. I have a number of guys playing HUSNG here who's problems were mitigated quite effectively on Intertops by using the old software instead of the newer version

Hi

I am really sorry for any misunderstanding and any inconvenience this might have caused you. It is also very strange that you didn't receive an update from support and this I will address ASAP with our support.
So we can never cancel a buy-in after the tournament has started. For obvious reasons we will also not refund issues like these.
Before tournaments start players can cancel their own registrations without any problems but once they have started there is nothing we can do.

Pascal didn't say it wouldn't be a problem to get a refund he said:

Pascal: i have to forward this matter to our pokermanager who will have a look on it and contact you than. but in general it should be no problem.

Either way should have received an email and update on this from Intertops.

Best regards,

The Intertops Poker Team

Yes I have done that very recently, the older software seems more graphic ironically enough! But I still had thousands of dollars thrown down the drain bc of this issue previous and over 20 reported instances with no response. Ive emailed them a bunch this week and the chat rep told me they received it band would respond with in 48hours ... no surprise that I have not gotten a response in 4days... They never respond to me for some reason.

Thanks for posting the actual chatlogs. Surely you can understand why I expect a refund based on what Pascal said. Being an intertops support agent, he should know the company policies and tell me the first time exactly what you just told me. For obvious reasons? What is obvious about it? When this happens on pokerstars they refund you. I understand I made a mistake regging the wrong tourney, but I would have accepted that and tried to win (instead of SITTING OUT and blinding off) if Pascal didn't imply that I would receive a refund.

Does the client ever lag/time out for any of you guys? I've been having this happen a lot lately, it doesnt seem to matter if I have all the programs on my comp shut down or if i have 1 or 6 tables going.

Super frustrating.
