Ahh I give up. These 10/20 PLO games just seem littered with people hole card sharing....its so easy to get away with on this site, that I'm just done with these games on this site. Anyone else notice this at the 5/10 - 10/20 PLO games? Not sure how Bovada could possibly police this, we certainly cannot....

I did get a refund from accounts shutdown for collusion a couple weeks ago. No idea what limit or time frame it was from but I very rarely play plo. They at least are doing something.

@shanghai ive played those games and while its certainly possible ive never felt cheated but can never know. Maybe if you download you hands and go thru them with all hole cards exposed youll find something and if you do please post here.

I'm not saying Bovada has the best collusion detection/security in online poker's history, but the fact that it allows you to view all hole cards later is a huge step. If you feel like you've been colluded against you can check the history, and if it's suspicious enough report it.

Obviously they aren't going to snap ban anyone because of a few suspicious hands, but if there's enough reason to believe a certain player or players s are cheating I think they would. They could really care less about the rake most poker players drag in, particularly if they're cheating and taking the money out of their site.

Well the reason I ask is i asked Bovada why that is. They said it is because of payment options so I asked which ones were available.

In their reply they say I am eligible for a credit card payout. They also ask me for a bin number (first 6 numbers) of the CC I would like to use. But I am wonderign why they need this if I cannot open an account anyways?

New with Disconnect Questions:

I've been on for a couple of weeks. I experience disconnect issues once or twice per hour. (Usually during a big tourney hand.)

1) Is this common, and just deal with it?

I get a message to contact my service representaive but when I go to the main lobby I go not see a link to contact one.

2) How do you talk to customer serevice about disconnects?

Received an email last night about collusion in a cash game:

"....We have concluded that two players in a cash game that you were involved in have been colluding. As such, any pot that you were involved in had been credited back to you...."

Now, I only got 1BB back (which seems strange I was only involved in that one pot, but whatever), but I remember it mentioned before that we never had any cash game collusion refunds, only SnGs. So, FWIW, here's one.
