I am in Canada. Wanted to make sure that they were not going to bull**** me with some paperwork that I would not have or wathever could go wrong. Deposited $46CA on thursday october 2nd, (using a Canada Post Visa prepaid gift Card on the back of which it is written: "Not to use for gambling") played one session...

Requested check ($50CA) : 10/4
Approved: 10/6
Received: 10/8

Surprisingly, it is not a Bodog check, but some management group that I never heard of. Was sent to me by fedex first thing in the morning

Still no check and no message with tracking info saying it was sent.

I e-mailed support yesterday to ask for an update and they told me it's only business day 5 and it normally takes 4-7, and to "rest assured" that once the tracking # is available I will receive the message my account.

I know it's only been a week, but since in the past year it has never take more than 3 business days to receive a message that my check was sent and the tracking #, and seeing how it's almost double that now, and people who cashed out after me have already received checks, it makes me feel like something may be amiss. Hopefully the only thing wrong is that I have been spoiled by such fast cashouts in the past.

Update: Bad News

tried 3 different methods to cash check...none worked.

called bovada and they said they would credit the amount back to my account minus a $40 fee. also, funds will be available within 15 business days????

dude, i'm not happy with any of this. this wouldn't go over well in person (for bovada)

Just tried the new credit card withdrawal method.

Only did $1000 to test the waters
Requested on Sunday
Approved Monday
In bank account this morning.

So if you used a visa debit card(at least this is my case) you can request the money straight into your bank account.

It showed up as "**** check card return"

Sounds like you tried to cash it at a check cashing institution. Never do this. Deposit it at a major bank and you shouldn't have any problems.

While it's true that most of the time some lucky bastard at 10/20 PLO gets a good chunk of my online money every few weeks, I've been cashing out on a somewhat regular basis for the last 10 years on Bovadadog.

That said, I have never and will never consider myself a pro player. I make way too much in my career to ever want to have to screw around with poker for anything other than fun money.

WA state player here.

my only w/d option is "moneytransfer". i am only allowed one w/d per 7 days.
multiple successful $1k w/d's (sick brag, etc) over past 3 months.

they just lowered the cashout maximum to $800 (still a $100 processing fee/no chance for free monthly w/d).

one successful $800 w/d.

all w/d's have been quite fast.

Yeah exactly. If 10 people all post bragging about their cash outs and they all show up in 3 days, it doesn't make much sense to post an 11th. Now, if 10 people posted with checks showing up in 3 days and mine took 12, that's something I would post, but that hasn't happened.
