Again, approved on Oct 17th.
Tracking number about a week ago. While checking the next couple of days the package didn't seem to be going anywhere.
Called dhl, they said the info was received but no actual package.
Called customer service, they said they sent it, and it was not their problem, as it would be like a friend sent me something via fedex, so it was in dhl's hands now. Told them that was ridiculous and dhl has yet to receive a package. Eventually was told that they would expediate my concerns to the payout team and get back to me within 48 hrs.
72 hrs later with no email (yes i checked the email on bovadas site too) I called. Before I explained the situation I asked if they would kindly see if there were any notations on my account about prior phone calls or issues. Nope.
Explained the situation again. Got a "Well, we sent it" and different variations on that answer. Eventually got to a supervisor. He says that a few players have had issues recently with the payments originating from Singapore during the timeframe of my cashout.
He wasn't sure how the situation would resolve with the payment processor and asked if I could wait a few more days to see if they would actually ship a check to dhl. Eventually he said he'd email the payout team and see if they could moneygram the payout to me, with the condition that if they approved I would eat the mg fee.
Rather frustrating. Especially because I was probably 24 hrs either way of cashing out of getting a canadien or faster east check.
Just an update if anyone else is having problems.
