How about making attempts at contacting your customers before you take their money through your dormant account policy, you know it is possible that people can have genuine reasons for not logging on and/or losing track of time and a little forewarning that charges are about to apply would not go amiss. Also it would be good to know (and perhaps make it a little easier to accept) if you could explain how you come to the massive 10% of bankroll sum, roughly how much does it cost for you to keep an account open. As a (now) former user of your various services any help would be greatly appreciated, if not enough to tempt me back. Thanks in advance.

Now his email is disabled, he doesn’t remember his account name and can’t retrieve it.
Is it possible he closed his old account and opens a new account?

Tell him to either phone or email support@888poker.com and they should sort it out for him. That's the best way to do it to be on the safe side.

Cost for the site is 0$ cost for us is 10% so if you have a massive 20$ on your account you will be charged 2$ per month, BUT say you have 80.000$ you take a trip to Thailand get kidnapd or go to prison for a bag of weed for a year well it will cost you a sweet 8000$ per month for maintenance as if its a exclusive golf club membership ! Hi all. Really don't want to go through all these pages, so cliffs please for an MTT grinder :

- Withdrawals are no problems and fast (this is a must)?
- Good software that does not crash or freeze?
- Decent promotions?
- Weakish MTT fields?
- Decent schedule?

Cashouts take way longer than Party. Takes like 4-8 days for approval then standard timeframe.

Software is fine. Some nice mods out there.

Promos are pretty much irrelevant for tourney player but they have a 10k freeroll everyday for like the last 2 months.

MTTs are definitely soft. I'd say they are softer than Party but for some reason every winning player i check including myself has lower ROIs than you get on Party. I'm seeing winners with sort of 20-25% on 888 but a lot of the regs on Party get 50+

OK, I appreciate the answers (and comparison with Party). Weird how the ROI is lower than on Party... When you say that it takes 4-8 days for approval, is this a warning sign? (has this been getting worse and worse... I mean, is all good, the site does not have a Lock syndrome is what I am asking...). And as far as rakeback, how much can you manage as an MTT reg (I was managing 50% at Party a year ago...)?
