That's a separate incident with a different person and isn't the current subject of the thread. I'm sure David has broken traffic laws as well, but I wasn't including those either when I said he broke no laws.

he could've been charged under the argument she(any of them) were unable to consent especially in the main case when autism is thrown in the mix

would he be found guilty id lean no but it would depend on the area of the spectrum.

but even at not guilty he then would in fact be guilty of the crime previously mentioned because again it just needs the can be charged not found guilty
