if it is chau, it's sad, his story in the book Deal Me In is so crazy, his struggle to escape Vietnam is beyond inspiring.... but here is a quote from the wiki page

I don't see the logic of it, I doubt Chau Giang meant to steal anything.
it would help to know the placement of the stack or if it was some stray chip half way between the two players.

The logic would be that he's busto. I see Chau every time I'm at the Bellagio, yet he's either wandering through the sportsbook or playing 40-80 LHE. Haven't noticed him playing anything higher in months.

It was 80-160 mix game and it was 100% Chau... He was on Poker after dark with Todd I believe.. Todd might be mixed up about what show it was.

Def think its Chau. Guy is a dirtball tried to get out of paying me $10k at Bellagio $10/20 when I went all in put a stack of chips out dealer threw all in button out on table ...he tanked and called. He then only wanted to pay me the stack I put out saying he never heard All IN which was total BS. He should be 86 from Bellagio total scumbag

Here again we see the casino not giving a crap about players stealing from other players. They caught him and the victim of the theft was told to "let it go" by Bellagio staff.
