i doubt this will even get to court by 2012 or those ceo's aren't already in some non-extradition country.

this could get dragged out a while, maybe we'll see that money in 2014

My g/f did that last night. I don't think I liked it. I know she didn't like it when she took them out.

For every one that's blaming/flaming the poker sites for this mess:
1.If you a US resident - You were living in a fantasy world so far or, you're a recreational player who regularly lost their salary online, you're gonna be missed. Either way shoot yourself in the head, right now.

2.If you are not a US resident - Why would you give a **** anyway ? Chances are nothings gonna change for you. Yes, "allegedy" indicted poker rooms broke some laws to the end of increasing profits, that's no proof your actual money was mistreated or that's not safe, so again: Why would you give a **** ? Instead of pointing fingers, better hove them up your ass.
2. I care about this because if these sites that so many people trusted gambled your money away, whats stopping them from doing the same with my money or going bankrupt due to there own criminal activity. Your just so naive to belive the sites give a **** about your money, they proably just want you to leave it in the sites so they can pocked as much as possible b4 disappearing and avoiding 30 years in prison.

[ ] thieves are allowed to keep money they stole (you seriously think that if you get caught in a stolen car, it's parked and waiting for you outside the prison 5 years later when you walk out?)

pros just need to move out of the usa. problem solved.

but i can't show enough compassion for the folks who have their main bankroll locked up and paid food and rent from their winnings. what a tragedy.

Depends if you manage to hide the car, then yes it will be waiting just where you left it if you hid it well enough.

God Bless England - Land of the free

I feel for americans here but maybe they could consider toning down the patriotism as a nation with such a disgusting greedy government?

So, seeing as how the world is ending at the end of 2012, we're all screwed, eh? I knew this was a sign.

Sorry, just trying to make light, and haven't cared if the world ended for some time... now I'm actively hoping for it, because these events and this thread just prove that 98% of this planet needs to die anyfrickinway.

Yeah, because the winner of any HU for rollz challenge is *always* the more skillful player.

They have seized the accounts, it's not able to be moved (hidden).

Oh, for sure. I expect it will involve a full dump. I'm sure everyone's been paying their taxes though, so I don't really see it being a problem.

Never logged out so I still can play from Minnesota
04-17-2011 , 11:24 AM
I had just entered a withdraw for all my funds on Thursday because I was going to switch poker sites from Full Tilt. Of course I got an email Friday saying it was declined since the payment processors were already down. I never thought the day would come that I could say "The FBI took my money." FML

I feel for people who make their living playing online poker, because luckily I have a god job and poker has always just been a hobby. I would be freaking out if I didn't have a job.

Never say die... well until your internet blinks and then you have full authority to smash your mouse. Just copy your hand history file, you never know if you are going to be the last recorded American to play online poker and it might well be worth something.

Sick nostalgias at very least IMO.

Freezing an account does not = taking the money in the account.

All, huh? Why don't you try actually looking at a poker site before posting.
