On the fulltilt.com FBI seizure warning, it says:

"For persons engaged in the business of betting or wagering, it is also a federal crime to knowingly accept, in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful Internet gambling, credit, electronic fund transfers, or checks. (31 U.S.C. ll 5363 and 5366)"

Is this to mean that even if our funds were made available, that it would be illegal to receive them??

guys, someone uses here Norton Antivirus ? I'm trying to download the new software but from the co.uk domain but after completed my antivirus just removes the software saying it is a threat to my computer...

someone knows what to do in such case ?

Citizens get screwed as always. The gvt could have had the money had it legalized and taxed the sites. Now they are gonna spend loads on the investigation and processes.

You haven't lost any money as of yet, you might not be able to withdraw the money immediately because of the panic-withdrawals that are happening and the fact that these companies probably don't have all the money liquid at all times, so you will probably have to wait.
